Was halfway through my burger when I noticed there was a hair hanging halfway out my burger and the rest nestled in the sauce and under the bun. SO DISGUSTING!!! Immediately lost all my appetite and felt nasty the rest of the day

Update Dec 2024: Check. Your. Bags. And I mean check for everything, especially sauces! Just got a 40pc McNuggets & only had 4 sauces in the bag when their stupid “sauce policy” they put on every window says 6.
Slow, slow & slow. 1 out of every 4 of my orders are wrong. Ridiculous. Where is the ownership?

Horrible experience here. There were bones in my spicy mcchicken that chipped my two front teeth. I contacted the location and the manager lady got mad at me on the phone saying I was lying because they check all of their products...... Laughable. Then the owner contacted me and deferred me to the company insurance claims which came back saying I had insufficient evidence. I gave them time to figure this out with me and they refused, so now I'll take option 2 and open it up to social media and next will be news outlets. Posting pictures of the bones in pictures section. (For some reason, they won't approve the posting of the bone picture, come on Google)

I went in to buy a cold Caramel Coffee not too sweet. They gave me one that had absolutely no sugar and super strong. I asked them kindly to please put a few pumps of the Caramel syrup and manager said she would need to charge for extra and I said I didn’t ask for extra. They took my cup and said “We made it regular” I was disappointed that they didn’t do as I asked and were very rude. I was very polite in asking but it didn’t matter. They get paid $20 an hour but it seems like the customer service has gotten worse!

I waited over 20 min for two meals. The staff was extremely rude, they were beyond unprofessional. Asked to speak to a manager to which they said would not come out. My food was cold, chicken nuggets were stale, fries cold, no soda just mainly ice. I called 11 times to speak to a manager they wouldn’t answer, would forward my call, answer and put a beeping noise. I truly don’t understand how you could make someone Waite for food and give it cold? Wouldn’t it be fresh if I was waiting? This is Loma Linda not San Bernardino come on. This was the worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s and I will continue to reach out until I get a manger. I’ve never had to go out of my way to call or leave a bad review. The way the staff treated me by saying I just want fresh food and was willing to Waite and they said no a threw the bags is terrible service
They forgot the sugar and creamer had to go to a different McDonald's to get it
