Nasty. This McDonald's in Loma Linda is charging $1.20 more for each fish burger in comparison to Grand Terrace McDonald's which is only eight minutes drive away, the fish sandwich is tiny so an adult needs three sandwiches, meaning I ended up paying $3.89 extra for my order after tax in Loma Linda. A sandwich costing $6.34 only has a thin partial slice of cheese which covers quarter of the bun.

It's McDonald's...if you like it, my review isn't going to affect you at all. Food was less than great, first sandwich had to be returned, tasted terrible. Service was great though, handled my complaint no questions.

Most of the time you have to pull to the side to wait for your food, it’s a lower star because the food isn’t always fresh nor correct. Dining in the restaurant is also a long wait and the self serve drink is no longer available.

It was clean and the staff were professional, The only gripe I have is that there was no self-serve soft drink area so you have to ask the staff for a refill and sense it is a modern McDonalds they only have the screens

Waited on the curb for 30 minutes and ended up leaving without my food because I was gonna be late for work if I didn’t. Tried to call them to ask for refund but they are not even picking up the phone.
If your going to charge for the extra items that we ask for, then make sure your employees actually give it to the customer I always order the same sandwich with extra lettuce and they never put extra

Super disappointed. I come to this McDonald's almost every Friday. I've never had an issue until today. I ordered a med fry with 2 other items. They hand me the bag so i check it and they gave me a small fry. So I let the lady at the window know and she took my bag went to the back and then took the small fry out and just dumped it into a med fry box and then put it back in the back, with her contaminating the rest of my food. She then hands the bag back to me with a dumb smirk on her face.
