It's sad to be negative because this has been my favorite Italian restaurant for decades. We were offered bread while we waited for food but it never arrived.I inquired about a dish they used to have on the menu. Tortellini with ham ( which usually means precutto in Italian cooking) peas in a cream sauce. The waitress checked with the chef and I was told, "Yes he could make it but without the peas because they didn't have peas. He can make it with mushrooms." I told the waitress, "I'll take the tortellini but without the mushrooms." One of my daughters had a Caesar salad while the other daughter had spaghetti with 1 meatball. When the food was ready and served we were asked if we wanted a refill of water. That was the only time our server returned. My daughter ate part of her meatball and asked me to taste it. Although it wasn't raw, it was very mushy and lacking flavor. She didn't even bother to take her leftovers home.Usually when you order pasta the server offers fresh cheese grated over your food but the restaurant only has a shaker with cheese. My meal was bland and lacked flavor. It was made with cubed ham and not prosciutto and mushrooms were added even after I ordered the tortellini without mushrooms. When we were finished eating and needing to leave we sat at our table and waited. Through the kitchen door window I could see the server leaning against the counter talking with her coworker. My daughter had to go find someone to get the bill. At this point, we were the only diners left in the restaurant so clearly the servers weren't overwhelmed with other diners.I told my daughter who took me to Napoli for my birthday that she shouldn't leave a tip for such bad service. She reminded me that the chef made a custom dish so she should leave a tip.It should have been a red flag that at lunchtime on a Friday there were only three tables with diners. Before I even got on the freeway my daughter's stomach started hurting. That lasted for a few hours. When I tried to reheat my food for dinner it heated up so badly I just threw it away.I don't know if Napoli has new owners but I felt no amore' eating at what was once an amazing restaurant.

Traditional Italian fare. Food was good, but not outstanding. My wife and I went for a "pre-Valentine" dinner.

Found this place by mistake exiting the freeway looking for another [chain] restaurant. And, boy-oh-boy, so glad I did! Fresh Italian dishes, crafted with the freshest ingredients and presented beautifully. The staff, especially our server, Andrea, were amazing hospitality professionals. The dining room was clean and well-maintained. The prices were a bit high ($20 - $30/person), but the quality made it worth it. I would happily recommend this restaurant to others and plan to return when in the area. 5 ?s!Parking: Plenty of free parking, much of it steps from the front door.Kid-friendliness: A few kid-sized pasta options and the pricing was fair.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant entrance and asiles.

The staff here is outstanding, and we always enjoy the food. They were handling two large family gatherings at the same time, and they did a great job!

Been here a few times for lunch, it's close to work. It's good, just a little pricey for me. The lentils soup is on point. The salmon in my pasta was very fishy tasting if that makes any sense. Over all a great experience. The service is always good.Parking: Parking is shared so depending on the time you come it may be crowded.

It's pretty empty, which makes me feel bad because this place has flavorful meals. I have 0 complaints about dining here. The service was great and fast.

Easily some of the best Italian food I’ve had west of the Mississippi ever. Okay wine list, but great entree. Best bruschetta I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Friendly staff, and relaxed environment with excellent food.Parking: Surface lot adjacent to the restaurant, which is part of a strip mall complex that should afford ample parking.

I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo the simplest dish ever to make to me as an Italian food fanatic it wasn't that great it was too garlic-y. Ordered garlic bread tasted like I took a scoop or oregano amongst other seasonings so I had them take it off my bill. My girlfriend ordered chicken Marsala and she said it was too salty. They did have complimentary rolls (might as well be Hawaiian rolls on steroids) but had little packets of butter, for as fancy as it looked when I walked in thought they at least have their homemade butter AND fresh Parmesan cheese but instead was in a little jar. The rolls came out cold. And don't get me started on the service I felt very unwelcomed and was even followed to the register to make sure I didn't walk out and paid. Rafael was his name came up to our table and looked at us as if we were stupid when we were ready to order

Among many Italian Ristorantes in the area, this is the best. 5/2022 update: Continues to be a great Italian restaurant. I had the lasagna with an Italian sausage... very good. 2/2023 update: we celebrated Valentines Day, which was very crowded, but the seafood special dish I had was excellent.
