Little phoenix here really enjoyed his outing at simply boba. there were some kind people outside that offered us vent(ilation), and it tasted well offset the sweet flavor of the sticky and slimy boba tea. would definitely recommend to others!

Acai Bowl is so good. Full of flavor and healthy goodness. Definitely recommend before or after a workout. I add extra protein powder to mine. They have a ton of drinks and combinations to choose from. Fast and great service.

The drinks are fantastic and so is the food, however, there’s this particular older woman employee (works Saturday around 3-4pm) that is really rude. I asked a simple question and she just decided to get mad at us, like it’s not our fault that she hates her job.

Natalie***** is the reason for my five stars I have been coming in here asking if they could do a lavender smoothie always told no but she said no problem and she made one of the worst nights I've had into a wonderful day she honestly should her manager should know her customer service is beyond approach she was wonderful!!!!!!!

The person who served me was extremely rude. She gave me another drink and then claimed that it was what I ordered. The truth is that my visit was not very pleasant.
The worst boba in town. The pearls are soft, but no flavor. Nice and quick service, and price is good if only the drink was. Simplee Boba is simply the worst Boba in town.

This is the second time that these employees make the same mistake, I am a lactose intolerant person and whenever I go I put special instructions on my drink and they charge extra for substituting it with almond or coconut milk, which is fine, but last time I drank my drink and got home already very bloated in my stomach and with diarrhea, and that was the only thing I had drank, I immediately knew it was my drink, but today I went and did the same thing, I reminded the employee to put almond milk in it, which with an unfriendly attitude she told me, if you put it in the instructions, this is how we are going to prepare it for you, but they didn't, and again it made me sick, what they do is very delicate, they should be more careful, by the way my drink is Macha and strawberry
