Hi. I live in Chino Hills, I just go there to visit my son. I used to like buying here, specially the parmesan garlic fries and shrimp noodles but today your server was sooo unfriendly when I got inside, there’s no customer inside and she was eating at the high table ( that’s why she is not accommodating because she didn’t finish her food yet When I came in) She didn’t even Say anything so I didn’t even know if she works there. I asked for water and she gave me the water in the open pitcher.
I ordered the garlic shrimp and garlic Parmesan french fries and she gave me in this little brown box. I don’t know if that’s the new container you have,? The fries has no taste because she put just a little of Parmesan seasoning or whatever it is and the garlic shrimp is also in a small brown box. It doesn’t Taste good like before.. what happened..??? Terrible server !!she doesn’t greet ,smile or even hi , welcome ..or thank you after.she’s not happy with her work ! and her name is Stephanie.. if that’s really her name

Little phoenix here really enjoyed his outing at simply boba. there were some kind people outside that offered us vent(ilation), and it tasted well offset the sweet flavor of the sticky and slimy boba tea. would definitely recommend to others!

Acai Bowl is so good. Full of flavor and healthy goodness. Definitely recommend before or after a workout. I add extra protein powder to mine. They have a ton of drinks and combinations to choose from. Fast and great service.
The drinks are fantastic and so is the food, however, there’s this particular older woman employee (works Saturday around 3-4pm) that is really rude. I asked a simple question and she just decided to get mad at us, like it’s not our fault that she hates her job.

Natalie***** is the reason for my five stars I have been coming in here asking if they could do a lavender smoothie always told no but she said no problem and she made one of the worst nights I've had into a wonderful day she honestly should her manager should know her customer service is beyond approach she was wonderful!!!!!!!
