We paid extra for lactose free milk (almond & coconut) which they did not use, causing my mother in law and me with severe stomach pain. We could not even finish the drink when our stomach started cramping. Don’t order if you’re lactose intolerant !

Got in 45 minutes to closing time. First time trying milk tea here .Not too friendly staff most likely tired from serving all day. We didn't get any welcoming greetings coming in and no thank you when we left!!!Dining area didn't seem inviting with the chairs already propped on top of the tables. Being still in the last hour of closing time???! So i guess their sign "SMILE YOU'RE ON CAMERA " doesn't apply to them behind the counter!!!I got a Strawberry Cheese Cake Smoothie: ice blended with fruit and milk.The taste of the strawberry sourness that overpowered the cheesecake flavor. Somehow it didn't seem the right taste swirling my mouth. So My daughter got me the Taro Smoothie which tasted much better.

It is a tasty, convenient place to grab boba! My go-to's are their taro milk and popcorn chicken with a side of honey BBQ. Pro: very convenient. Cons: ice melts super fast, service could be better, and it's a hit or miss when trying to place a phone or online order. Overall, I would recommend it.

Small little place, they have like digital ordering now which is cool, the drinks are super good,decent price, just usually go in and head out because of the size of the establishment. The service is always good, and love their split cup! 2 in one!

Love the order through the app feature, it's convenient and easy. The staff is always friendly. We order our usual Passion Fruit w/Black Boba, and the second drink is always a toss up. Today, I tried the mango black tea, delicious, as always. I visit at least a couple of times a week. A must if in the area. (Last time I stopped by, it was a hot day,a transient walked in and asked for ice water, and the staff member didn't hesitate. It was a kind and human gesture.)
I had the taro smoothie, and it's currently top 3 on my list. It was milky and actually a smoothie instead of the slush that tastes water based that most places provide and call it a smoothie. I would definitely suggest this place. The staff was friendly and willing to help make our transaction smooth, being that I would not be able to find parking in a 53 ft truck.

Came here for a refreshing fruit tea and that's exactly what I got!Ordered the mango+ passion fruit tea w/ lychee jelly (black tea) and it was delicious! The workers were also very friendly (it appears I was the only one in the store so I didn't have to wait more than 3 mins for my drink)Will def come again!

In the mood for boba? Searched and found Simplee Boba, Area looked not so nice... but do venture in! Prices, drinks , selection ALL GOOD! The place was packed ..a tell tale sign my experience was going to be good. Parking not great Area not so much but you will not be disappointed.
