So I’ve been to this location a couple times before, and I’ve always bought some thing, but today was particularly interesting. I went in to work on some things, and later was approached by this woman who has rung up an order for me before she was quite curt on this occasion she said if I wanted to continue to “hangout” with them I needed to purchase something. If that’s the policy, I am completely OK with that, but she could’ve been way more respectful and nice about it especially as I’ve been to this location before. The exchange felt abrupt and condescending. I will not be attending again. Super unwelcoming and almost treated me like a criminal or a bother. There was one other person their seemingly working as well,he may have bought something prior to my coming in but, overall it doesn’t hurt to be honest yet kind.

Rude and unprofessional. I got to the window, and my order wasn't ready, so they had me park. That was fine. I understand. So, no one ever brought my drink out, and I had to go and get it again. No apologies nothing what was the point of me going through the drive-through.

Worst Starbucks order Mango Dragon fruit lemonade! Barista was African American gentleman not even read what I order just careless prepare my drink wrong size ! I ask I order venty ( large) then just add lemonade and more ice ! When you hire be kind and train them you as company charging over $6 dollars for drink It’s shame ! I realized guy not even care about customer service need make pay check and run a way

I’ve tried giving this location a couple opportunities to give them my business, but honestly would rather drive elsewhere. Drinks are not made properly, I always have to have it remade. The employees are not on the same page about recipes nor policies. Please be positive when working here. Moving forward , I will be going to other locations.

Definitely needs better staff here, on separate occasions my wife and I have had bad customer service. There's a woman here with attitude and no care for the job. Makes me decide to drive up the street to another one out of my way. Believe the other 1 star reviews. This location is a let down.
