“Spectacular homemade coconut sticky rice and coconut ice cream, prepared using Noi’s family recipe — truly exceptional. Easily a 100/10 and honestly one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.
The service was warm, kind, and welcoming thanks to Noi and the staff. I also tried the silver noodle salad, which was fresh, flavourful, and delicious. Highly recommend!“

“Owner very friendly, he waited on us. Restaurant was very clean. I ordered the cashew grilled chicken with rice on the side. It had a very good sauce.
The rice was dry, but scooped onto your plate to mix in sauce , was delicious. Could not finish all of it.
The price was reasonable. Probably will visit again.“

“I was going to upload pictures for this place since it was a place that I had been wanting to visit, but we made the cardinal sin of going right before they close for dinner and the service and food were rushed. We got the sample platter, and it was mostly reheated items that were lacking. We finally got the main dishes, and as we started getting into them, not even 30 mins after we got there, the lady came with the receipt and asked us if we wanted to go plates. It seemed that we were being asked to leave, so we did. The fried rice with chicken was so, but I've had better. The chicken PadThai was also good, but we really didn't get to enjoy it. I will definitely not be coming back to this place. Thankfully, there are plenty of Thai places in Riverside. The food was good, but it was lacking a little given the prices.“

“I decided to eat here based on a review that I read. It said the food was very authentic so I tried it. I have eaten in Thailand and in many Thai restaurants. The food was indeed excellent and very much how I remembered it in Thailand. I will go back and try some of the other dishes.

“Great place but if your low sodium the only dish they could do sauce on side is orange chicken. They really don't cater to any needs of people with low sodium restrictions. But food is fantastic i just can't have the extra sodium in the sauces.“

“The food is absolutely amazing. I got vegan spicy fried rice, tofu orange chicken vegetable egg rolls and a soy Thai tea. The food was very fresh and temperature hot. The lady was very sweet and helpful.
Vegetarian options: This is the best vegan Asian food.“

“Best Thai food in Riverside! My husband and I are vegan, and I am sensitive to garlic, and they always happily make our dishes to our specifications. The food is always flavorful and has a cleaner, fresher taste than any other Thai food we've had in this area (and we've tried several other Thai places in Riverside over the years). We normally get take-out, and Nina is wonderfully friendly and sweet when taking our order and at pick-up (and on the rare occasion when we actually eat there, she always provides service with a smile, even when the restaurant is super busy!). It's a very small space and rather easily overlooked when driving past it, but do yourself a favor - if you haven't tried this little gem of a place, do so!“

“We ordered pad Thai and beef larb and they were fresh and full of flavor. The waiters too excellent care of us, and all the staff greeted us and checked on us constantly. The owner visited with us and was especially hospitable and lovely. She brought rice for our daughter, and ice cream for dessert, AND even shared her special personal holiday cookies with us before we left. We have been there a few times before, and have NEVER been disappointed. Always impressed, but tonight was the best. Thank you for a great family experience 💗“

“Last week I ate here for the first time. I have a special taste for Thai cuisine. The meal I ordered was Shrimp Pad Thai and fried cheese wonton. Very tasty, hot, and well presented. I am going there today, day after Thanksgiving, to try it again. I am sure I won't be disappointed. Try them out.“

“The food is delicious and the staff are great. We've ordered many dishes and we've never been disappointed. A few of our favorites dishes are the Eggplant Vegetables, Mongolian Beef, Chop Suey, Garlic Shrimp, Egg rolls, Dumplings as well as Wonton& egg drop soups. It's all delicious. It's all delicious! The Head Chef has years of experience as does the owner Karen & her right hands Em & Sooki. Guaranteed you will leave the place happy and satisfied. AAA PLUS. P.S. My family & I been enjoying Monarch Bistro for many years.“
