All in all, Blaze Pizza in Lompoc delivers great value, especially for the quality and speed. Definitely will be going back when I’m craving something fresh, customizable, and simple but satisfying. Highly recommend!

Pizza is great. Samantha H is not. She never made eye contact with us, seemed annoyed that we were there asking her to do her job, and was literally throwing our pizzas into the oven. I have always liked this place but after this experience with her I was very disappointed.

Pizza is ok but it is way overpriced for extremely thin dough and a few toppings. Was going here because it's walking distance to get a quick pizza after work, but we aren't full after eating a pizza here and salads are very basic and super pricey. I feel like I have to argue with the staff as they are making our pizza, especially the young girl that works in the evenings and is kind of rude... Even though I am charged for xtra toppings every time I have come here and remind them. The staff making the pizzas are really stingy, probably because they are told to be by corporate. The older gentleman with an accent gives great customer service, but still, it's Frustrating to pay $18.00 plus tax for a personal size pizza that has gluten free super thin crust, light red sauce, 8 pieces of pepperoni (10 on a good day) sparse olives, sparse Mozarella cheese and some sea salt. Also the app never lets me use my rewards. I could head on over to Mi Amore's or another pizza place and for that same amount of money and get a whole large pizza to share that is handmade, thick, and plenty of toppings. I think next time I will do just that.

Didn't have to wait in line, best pizza around, love the fact that you can pick individual things that you want to put on your pizza or just get one there already designated pieces. I wish they had them all across the United States, great price and great food. Service was good also.

I’m annoyed nearly every visit. Why is this pizza so expensive? It’s thin, small, and pricey. We used to be able to buy the family deal and could feed a young family for $35. Now it’s $45. Additionally, the customer service is terrible. They always act like they’re giving us a huge discounted meal by buying the family pack and are sure to charge $.75 per sauce though it seems sauce should be included. You used to be able to get 2 orders of cheesy bread instead of just one and a salad or meatballs in the family meal. They are extremely slow and most often dead. Likely overcharging their few customers rather than improving the experience -and- pricing to drive more customers.
