First off, when I went to order my pizza, the gentleman behind me was a regular, I can only assume, cause she made his pizza first and then took my order. First disappointment! Anyway, I ordered my pizza and waited. Then customers that came after me were getting their orders before me. After waiting what seemed like a half hour, the gentleman finally asked me if I had placed an order. And I said yes. He asked for my name and I told him and he said he couldn't find an order for me. So he asked what was on my pizza and I told him. He literally just gave me the next pizza that came out of the oven which was in no way the pizza I ordered. Good thing I looked before leaving. So he said they would have to remake it. So I had to wait again for them to make me another pizza. The lady was kinda rude with me and just threw little bits of the toppings I asked for on my pizza. I don't go there very often because this is the kind of service I get every time. Very disappointing and the pizza isn't even that good. But I keep trying to give them chances, to no avail! ?

Pizza is always great, you can't go wrong when you customize it yourself. But the thing that has always been an issue here is the staff. They usually seem irritated or bothered.

I'm not sure if it's a new employee or a new policy but this is the second time that they barely put any ingredients you ask for. If you ask for an ingredient they put maybe 4 total pieces of it ON THE WHOLE PIZZA. This is also after my boyfriend had to ask can you put a little more after watching an employee break apart 1 artichoke heart to distribute it over six slices of pizza. Save your money and go somewhere that actually gives you more than bread with some sauce on it.

As far as fast food pizza goes, Blaze is generally the best. The Lompoc location is usually good, but it seems like the later you go in the lower the quality becomes. Try to get in as early as you can for the freshest food. Toward the end of the day, it's not up to par.

I was expecting something similar to Mod Pizza but it was like a worse version of them. The pizza is mediocre but ok tasting. Probably won’t go back mainly because little Caesars is better. Also, just be advised if you have little ones, they do not have straws for the drinks.Kid-friendliness: Middle of the road. No kids sized drinks or straws.

Idk who was working today but our order was unacceptable. One pizza had no toppings. For a pizza with 6 slices, there are 4 slices of jalapeño. Ridiculous The other pizza had 3 dollops of cheese. 3 out of 6 slices had cheese. The other 3 had NO CHEESE AT ALL. Requested a balsamic DRIZZLE. They DUMPED IT. I like balsamic but this is disgusting. Ordered 3 ranch and 2 marinara. Received 1 marinara and 2 ranch. Photos attached.
My pizza didn't have any of the toppings I asked for only onions...didn't even have cheese or pizza sauce.. what I ordered and what I got...

Get your good old fashion racist pizza here. Serving burnt pizza as well !Our pizza lady was extremely partial to white patrons . Her pizza making skills came with smiles and small talk if you are white. Had the luxury of sitting in the restaurant long enough to watch her interactions with people of color. She provided the pizza making service with a straight face. You would have thought she was playing poker! Very interesting to witness. I will be contacting the corporate office come Monday,Perhaps she burnt my pizzas on purpose so that my family and I would not return?

The staff at the Lompoc Blaze Pizza location are incredible! They are friendly and kind and they make great pizzas. We go often and have never had anything but great service and food. And the dining room is large and always very clean.
