so it was april 16, 8:50pm me and my wife were craving blenders. a kid with a justin bieber haircut took our order, we both ordered a mocha, mine was large and her’s was small (i also asked for extra chocolate on mine). so we leave and my wife takes a sip and spits out her drink complaining it taste bad; i thought it was her taste buds since she’s pregnant but i took a sip out of mine and it was terrible! it wasn’t mixed right and it was salty! imagine taking a drink out of a smoothie and it being salty. nope not going back to the one in lompoc i’ll much rather take a 15 minute drive and go to buellton.
Unfortunately, I went the other day and had a less-than-pleasant experience. The staff member who assisted me, Paola, seemed disengaged and not very friendly. She appeared distracted while listening to my order, which led to mistakes in my smoothie. When I pointed it out, the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. I understand that everyone can have an off day, but I think customer service is one of the most important factors in working and if she can’t bother helping a customer out with respect, then some kind of action needs to be taken. Hopefully this behavior will be corrected and not continue in the future. Also, Paola emitted a foul odor, i would suggest instructing your employees on following basic hygiene.

It was it was not in fact, "in the grass". It was in the Albertsons plaza, and it was delicious!
