The beer is okay. I like their Double IPA and
Tropical IPA. However, the atmosphere at Cold Coast Brewery is very poor. It feels like a big, cold, empty warehouse. There is no charm. Yes, I have been there on different days of the week. The 3 medium/small TVs often don't work or aren't showing live sports. The bathrooms are dirty and broken. Such a lackluster environment! As much as I want to, I can't recommend this place. The owners should have found a smaller facility and more revenue streams. With only $7 beers as their only/main revenue stream, it's not going to pay the bills. I hope the owners come up with a new business model, as a Brewery is much needed in Lompoc, and I know the owners are great guys! But the current Cold Coast Brewery business model is not working and is not sustainable.
Cold Coast Brewing: A Lompoc Gem Where Craft Beer and Community Collide
Cold Coast Brewery isn't just a place to grab a pint, it's an experience. From the moment you walk into the converted warehouse, the vibe is electric. Exposed beams and industrial lighting set the stage for a cool, urban atmosphere, but the real warmth comes from the staff.
They truly embody the spirit of "Cheers," where everyone knows your name. The friendly bartenders take the time to chat, recommend brews based on your preferences, and create a genuine sense of community. It's no surprise this brewery is veteran-run and owned – their commitment to service and camaraderie shines through. Great beers and great staff!

Great local brewery. Fun brews and friendly staff! Events almost every day of the week. Tuesday Trivia and Food Truck a Friday is a bomb with friends. Wednesday’s and Sundays are a bit more chill with karaoke on Wednesday.
A very large and open setting, mostly full of families having truck purchased food. Basically loud and cold with no real atmosphere for a brewery. The beer selection was limited.
Of course the beer is good AND the selection rotates to keep it interesting but it's the people that make it awesome! Many of the staff are ex-military and have interesting stories about life in other parts of the world. Veteran friendly! Lots of local Lompoc friends to be seen here as well.
Kids love this place too. Events are always going on here.
There are so many events that are all so fun. We tend to go for food truck Fridays and grab a beer to have with our food, even better if there's a craft market happening at the same time
Great family atmosphere. We had a great time.

Good selection of beers especially if you like IPAs or Stouts.
Great place to hang out and great beer.
Really nice brewery that is spacious and clean. Staff are knowledgeable and beer is well made. Trivia night on Tuesday night was nice.
