Couldn’t hear with the music. Had to yell my order. Then my order was incorrectly made. Asked them to make a new one where they argued with me that it was correct. Uhm no. Pathetic. I gave the drink back and walked away. Won’t be returning due to poor customer service from one employee

Although most of the staff is decent there's a few bad apples that I won't return I'd rather go to Starbucks and spend a couple dollars more and always get professionalism although I don't prefer Starbucks I'd rather deal with them than Dutch Brothers thank you for your time in advance

I come to this location every day and never had a complaint about anything. I love the people working here, the variety of drinks offered, and mostly the connection one has with every interaction when ordering a drink. Amazing people and customer service is 10/10 I would recommend to anyone
I love the custom shakes, lemonades and smoothies. There's so many options and combinations to choose from in the app. I haven't had the same drink twice. Will I get bored of this place or burnt out, chances are not in my life time. That and I'm only able to visit them whenever I visit my grandma so that's a contributing factor or drive to Riverside which is a pain in the ass because of traffic so I'll stick to this one even though it's a 3 hour trip.
