Very sweet. We threw it away. The temperature went down so we felt like having a hot drink and this was our first time trying Dutch Bros. We ordered two hot drinks, chai latte and golden eagle chai. Both were warm, almost room temperature, and insanely sweet that we had to throw it in the sink when we got home. The chai had no spice whatsoever, it was just sweet milk, same as the golden eagle which was even sweeter. The staff was very friendly, but we’re not coming back for sure.

I love coming to this drive thru! The workers are always extremely friendly. They also have good prices for their food items. One thing is annoying is that the signs in the front of the drive thru can be different. Once I went in one lane and it was not showing a menu, so I had to go to the other lane to see what was available to order. However, I do love their drinks so I always come back and it is in a convenient location in town. Also, we noticed a really hard working barista and appreciated how quickly he made our drinks

This rate is for one specific barista, a darker skin young guy. Everytime all baristas are really nice, service is great. But this one time I saw him for the first time, he was taking my order (iced latte with whipped cream) and I asked to not put lid on top, just hand it to me please. It’s my preference when I order a drink with whipped cream. He was so confused and just stared at me with weird unfriendly face asking “no lid??”. I had to explain him a few times I don’t want lid on top, I just need it handed to me. It was really hard for him to do that, he was rude and made me feel like I’m crazy for asking it. When coffee was ready, he added the smallest dollop of whipped cream, I asked if he can add more and he was hesitating to do it and just stared at me. I asked again and he finally added more. Every other barista makes perfect drinks, but next time I see him working, I’ll cancel my order, sorry. I worked as a barista for many years and I know what is a good service. A barista shouldn’t act this way.
