Today, 3/24/25, we ordered a Tri tip sandwich and Westerñ burger special. The tri tip was like rawhide, dry and old, and the hamburger patty was over cooked. The fries were also overcooked. The hamburger bun was soggy. Very disappointed and will take our business else where.

Hoping this gets to the owner and actually a change will come. I genuinely have loved this location for many years but sadly things have changed. As a server who takes pride in my customer service I can only say one girl is amazing and always very helpful the other staff I have came up to or called to have been rude and impatient. Noone should feel uncomfortable asking questions when they want to try something new or ask for a substitution. The food can be amazing but the last several visits my chilli for my fries has been burnt, burgers have tasted bland, wraps has no sauce or little portion of meat veggies and just all spring mix , and it just an overall waste of money. I didn't want to leave this review but feel like if I relay this to someone inside the store they will take it as a joke and not understand that my critique is because I want to keep coming down to my favorite place and eat all the food I know I enjoyed 6 months ago. I want to spend my money on this place and willing to change my review once a change is made. Bring better customer service, help the chefs remember that they are bomb at what they do, maybe help everyone fall in love with eddies again they way it always it should be

We often eat at Eddie's and the food is usually very good. There is an occasional mixup with orders but usually the service is good too.
I don't really like to eat in, the restaurant is clean but isn't set up to be very comfortable.
Their salads are excellent (ask for extra dressing) and their burgers and sandwiches are good too.
My two personal favorites are the piña colada shake and the Hot Cadillac burger. It is an excellent medium-spicy burger with perfect, paper-thin slices of red onion just the way I like it. Be sure and ask that they grill the jalapeños on the burger. Every once in awhile they put them on raw, and it isn't as good.
Dietary restrictions: Pretty good for GF/dairy free. They do a very good lettuce wrap and their salads are super delicious.
