4 stars because the kitchen staff frequently messes up my order, which is rough because I always have pay extra for the avocados and guacamole even when they forget. Seeing Tommy at the window is a relief. He always checks my bag. Last time I ordered online, he noticed and fixed 2 mistakes the kitchen made before he handed me the bag. It's always nice to see him there because it takes the pressure off of me having to ask and double-check everything myself (which makes me feel like an annoying customer). Tommy is a champion. Thanks for your extra help!

Normally, I get the pollo bowl which is healthy, filling, and inexpensive. Our store only has a walk up and a drive-thru so I don't know what I can say about the atmosphere. They do have outside seating but as this city is pretty cool and windy, I normally just go through the drive-thru. The employees are always very polite and accommodating.

I ordered a 12 pieces family meal to go, and when I got home, I realized a few things were wrong. First, they forgot a whole side dish. Second, there were no napkins or cutlery in the bag, which is a huge issue when you're taking food to go. It's a testament to the lack of care and attention to detail. I won't be ordering takeout from here again.

This visit was a disaster. Not only didn't their app work properly, despite numerous attempts, but the staff was unable to remedy the situation . Sadly, the food, which at this chain is normally reasonably good, was substandard at best. Flavorless chicken and soggy lettuce made the experience most disappointing
