This restaurant is clean and huge with nice parking. I ended up in Lompoc kind of by accident last night and needed breakfast at noon while checking out late and decided to give this a shot due to the reviews and proximity.
I haven't even gotten my food yet but the salsas are extraordinary, the menudo y posole looks amazing and their breakfast burritos aren't stuffed with carbs you didn't order (but can, and if I wasn't worried about my blood...

I had Shrimp Tacos in crunchy shells. Shrimp, lettuce, tomatoes and cotija cheese. Everything was fresh and tasty. The shell stayed intact until the end.
I also had some sweet tea, which was very sweet.
If I could provide some advice - make the shrimp a little spicier.
