This place is unique. The only other pizza comparable to Hanger7 was a small place in San Francisco owned by a Sicilian woman. Once you eat a pizza at Hanger7 you will never want a fast food pizza like Domino's again. The pizzas are hand made from natural ingredients. The atmosphere is real homey with a Space based theme. They have a big screen TV that shows video of rockets taking off from the old ICBM silos to recent takeoffs from Vandenburg AFB. Also footage from the rockets themselves. Fascinating.
In fact, just writing this has made me want another pizza. so I am going to go pick up on. Or maybe I will stay and have one of there many IP beers!

Cute little bar/lounge in Lompoc. Everyone was nice, inviting, and informative as well. They took time taking our order. Great value wine, freshly baked pizza, and we were impressed with their cleanliness. We will be back.

Recently discovered this gem of a restaurant here in Lompoc. The owners are beyond exceptional people, the pizzas are to die for, and their beer is probably the best selection here in town. While we have several brewery / beer places in town, their selection and quality doesn't touch Hangar 7. Not only do they have great choices on tap, it's always ice cold.
The wood fired pizzas are DELICIOUS. The environment of this spot is very casual and relaxing. The kind of place you want to sit with friends and create memories for hours.
If you haven't been here before, and are reading this review, just come! I promise you'll be happy as long as you enjoy good beer, good wine, and good food.
Lompoc is full of hidden gems to visit, and this has become my favorite in town now.

Not super impressed by the lady at the bar. I mentioned it was my first time since the new opening, and she wasn't rude, but evidently, I failed to read the "about char" note at the top of the menu page. Tbh I didn't really notice bc I was hungry, and was excited about the pizza options I had heard about. When I asked her if maybe it was a little overdone, she then blatantly pointed to the note that I had failed to read (which as a customer from her demeanor) translated to me as "you're SOL, you didn't read our noteFlavor was ok (I got the pesto) but the char ruined it for my palate. My fault completely but if I was a server, and someone said it was their first time, I would have made mention of it. As it wasn't like that before. I didn't want to be a Karen (and here I am writing this review) lol. So I just ate my food in silence. As again, I was hungry just coming off a shift. If you go here, just make sure to tell the waitress or bartender you are "Char adverse" haha. Definitely liked the old Hangar 7 better.

This pizza would be considered great pizza in any city (and yes, I’ve been to NYC many times). Tremendous atmosphere, quirky, fun decor. The Caesar salad was yummy, the wine was worthy and the pizza tasted like it was made by someone that knows what they are doing (rare these days…)We’ll be coming back - regularly!

This place just feels right when you first walk in. Service is friendly, down to earth, and personal. Our favorite place in town for date night. Usually we have to go to another town for a place of this quality. The pizza here is sooooooo good. My favorites are the meat lovers, sausage & mushroom, mediterranean (I think that's the name of it) and the pork belly. The bacon appetizer is to die for. Wines and sparkling wines are excellent. I'm not a beer drinker but my husband says they are really, really good.
