The food here is astoundingly good. Fresh, incredible flavors, cooked to perfection. I had flavors I didn’t know existed. It was amazing. It wasn’t bargain basement cheap, but the portions were generous and the quality was unparalleled. I still haven’t gotten over it. I’m not sure I will. Please support them and get some of the best food you’ve had in a while.
Living in a small town, one gets limited to a variety of ethnic foods, such a pity. When Happy Mediterranean Food opened up, especially directly in walking distance from my place of employment, I was charmed with the first bite. The gyro I ordered Today offered freshness and I savored every bite. Took about 15 minutes and I was again, immediately transported to a different time and place. If it was possible to leave more stars I would!! No matter where I am on the central coast I make the detour to stop here. This place is insane. Best Mediterranean I’ve ever had. Do not be deterred by the gas station. You’re in for a meal that will knock your socks off, amazing service, and an eclectic character filled vibe. I don’t know how they make their food better than everywhere else but I hope they keep doing it. Happy about this Mediterranean indeed!!!
