Their food is pretty good but expensive & the restaurant is freezing on cold days. Very quiet inside as well. Service is good.

Service was great. Not a wide variety of wines and beers. The reason I'm giving this place such a low score is because my sweet and sour dinner combination had no meat in it whatsoever. Just big chunks of fried breading. There's no excuse for that. Completely disappointed.

Spicy noodle *mild*, yellow curry, deep fried combination, Tom yum, larb and the list goes on everything is great! Pricey but great.

Had to leave a review due to us being customer for over three years this is our favorite Thai restaurant to eat at in Lompoc. The food is always on point. Never a bad experience if dining in the place is always chill and service is quick always bringing out a hot plate. You will not be disappointed when going to this restaurant.

Herb Home is a shell of its former self. 3-4 years ago this used to be the go-to place for Thai food in Lompoc. I'd use to come here twice a week at least. However since the pandemic, the food quality noticeably dropped. Hopefully the owners of the restaurant are cognizant of this and are actively working towards reviving what was once a great establishment.

Very mediocre over priced for the quality of food. I don't mind spending good money for quality food but I won't be ordering from this place again when I'm in town.

Honestly, this place is a rip off. SO overpriced for pretty small portions. My family went on New Year's Day, so they closed early. We still got there 1 1/2 hrs before they closed. The lady didn't come ask if we wanted anything to drink or bring up waters until we had been sitting for over 30 minutes, and I had little ones with me! Finally she came over & said, you know we close soon? Then seemed to rush us along the whole way through! Give me a break lady! We only ended up ordering 3 meals & 3 of my kids shared things from the meals. She still automatically added an 18% gratuity, so she didn't care how she treated us anyway, she was getting her tip. Our bill was over $100 for nothing special food, and rude rushed service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

This review is specific to Delivery through DoorDash - Delivery charge was $29.00. Now for the food reviews: Tom Ka Soup with Shrimp ( Coconut ) $27.20 It was good and what I expected. Red Curry w/Sticky Rice and Prok $25.70 - I could not eat it. It showed up like a faintly red/white CUSTARD. It was UNEDIBLE. You guys are NOT supposed to use a thicking agent to a curry - SHAME - And it's what I really wanted to eat. I took a spoon and put it straight up in the curry - it stayed straight up in the container- YUCK. Pad Thai with Shrimp 30.50 - INEDIBLE! it was so sweet. I just have no idea why they put so much Palm Sugar or swetener in Pad Thai. They did add little cilantro and a few scallion tips; however, there was no visible egg, or Fresh Lime in the corner to counterbalance the extremely sweet noodles. NOTE! THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $2.00 FOR FLAT NOODLES!!!!! I ate the Shrimp. It's usually customary to put crushed peanuts and carrot shaving but I guess they don't. Summer rolls with Shrimp and peanut sauce TWO rolls $20.95 (since WHEN does a Thai restaurant charge for a little peanut sauce?). Summer rolls everywhere else give you a peanut sauce for free. And come on! It such a tiny amount, you're robbing people with these little tricks. If fact, this restaurant even has selectable Thai Ice Teas with No ice, and little Ice options THEY CHARE $2.00 EXTRA FOR A NO ICE TEA AND $1.50 FOR LITTLE ICE. DELIVERED WITH NO NAPKINS, NO CHOPSTICKS AND NO PLATIC CUTLERY. DON'T GET ME WRONG. I HAVE NO PROBLE PAYING FOR GOOD FOOD BUT HERB HOME LET ME DOWN ON THIS ORDER. AND I AM UPSET I PAID SO MUCH FOR MEDIOCRE THAIS FOOD. TOTAL $124.29 THIS IS THE LAST TIME i GO TO HERB HOME!

I can't say enough good things about Herb Home. The staff is incredibly friendly and sweet. The food is clearly made fresh with fresh ingredients. Every menu item that I have tried has been excellent. This team of people clearly cares about the product they're putting out as well as the comfort of their diners. Spicy, mild, meaty, vegan, cold or hot- Herb Home has a dish that will blow your mind, and they will do it humbly and with a smile.

Most expensive Thai food in California, $50 per person is of high class 5* restaurants. I have wasted time ordering in a cart to find out they now require you to take a PHOTO of your payment card. What an outrageous violation. The food is good but nothing is worth being hassled to pay your money for.
