Second time eating here and it did not disappoint. Had a burger and onion rings, both were delicious. People working inside were all very nice and friendly.

The place is Dated needs a remodel The cook complaining of over worked due to her back issues burger looked greasy from viewing neighbors even though I had something else .

Calm and quiet during the week, even with a close passing train. The tide & wind mask pretty much the train noise, that's above the cliffs. So we'll see how the weekend goes. MLK weekend and all.The sunsets are spectacular.Vandenberg air base is not far, and they say they'll be shooting off a rocket tonight (well, 1 am) to place 22 satellites for Spacelink. We'll be able to see the blast off from here!Up the hill is the electric plugins.Below at sea level are nice spaces, but boondocking only, so be prepared to run your generator, and it's around the 30's at night, so it's cold.Day currently is sunny and nice with cold winds. Jacket, a must!We're going on a beach walk at low tide to see the tide pools and other cool stuff.There's a nice store on the property with friendly folks that's been here since 1974. Well stocked for a small store and is the home of the Jalama burger ? google it.

We were camping and our neighbor highly recommended the burgers. The reviews were great and we had lunch. We ordered turkey burgers with fries. It was excellent and reasonably priced. We ate inside and the view was beautiful.

omg, some of the best burgers in SB county.Long wait though..The spot to go when you are in Jalama or Lompoc proper for that matter. Great burgers to match the beautiful beach location.

This beach store burger place is awesome. Nothing like taking the break from cooking on your camping vacation to grab a burger or a breakfast burrito. The guy that owns this place has not changed this burger and it's the same great one I remember from my childhood. The onion rings and frys were good too. You can pick dessert or sodas from the small store area. Not sure when they started making breakfast burritos but they were super good. Bacon, egg, hash browns and a decent salsa. The views from the dinning area are killer.

Visited this place months ago but I just remembered how good the burgers here were. Seriously one of the best I’ve ever had. Worth the drive.

Such an awesome place with very neat history!! Jalama Beach in general is absolutely beautiful, and feels like it's own little island. The Jalama Beach store has everything you may need in case you forgot or ran out, and has some of the best beach food around... I mean, CHECK OUT THESE BURGERS!! my suggestion, added the cheese... add the bacon... 100% worth it!!
