I went into the lobby to order and afterwards ran back out to my vehicle to grab a sweater cos it was FREEZING inside. When I get back to the door, I find both entrances have been locked and a sign put outside the main door saying "Sorry, lobby temporarily closed." How are you gonna lock a paying customer out of the store BEFORE they get their order? Today was it.. there's almost always something wrong with our order... today topped it... the 8 peice meal... asked for extra crispy.. definitely not extra crispy... no gravy... and the 8 pieces of chicken? 4 legs, 2 wings, and 2 thighs... never again. This place has no pride in their service.

KFC has reopened after a remodeling, looking fantastic inside and out. The drive-thru is quick, and the employees are smart. The restaurant is one of the cleanest fast food places, bright and featuring curious architecture with comfortable seats. The food is delicious, particularly the leg and thigh, extra crispy with mashed potatoes and gravy and a coleslaw. Despite needing more crust on the meat, the service remains pleasant. However, parking is limited with only a few spaces available, and customers must cross the drive-thru to reach the entrance. There is a small sidewalk before the drive-thru, but afterward, they have to walk through wood mulch to get to the door, which can be challenging for those using a cane or wearing high heels. The bathroom hallway does have an unpleasant smell. Overall, KFC is a top choice for a quick and satisfying meal, but accessibility could be improved.
