​I simply had to leave a review for the amazing crew at the KFC in Lompoc! From the moment we walked in, the service was truly excellent and beyond compare.
​The team here treated us with such warmth and attention, making us feel genuinely appreciated—it was like being treated like royalty! Our order was perfect, the food was hot and fresh, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience.
​This isn't just fast food; it's outstanding hospitality delivered with a smile. Thank you to the entire Lompoc crew for making our visit so memorable. You all deserve the highest praise!

Ordered online for a set time so I could pick it up hot. They made the order 30 minutes early and it was soggy and cold. Employee on site said “oh, it will be fine” and didn’t do anything. Gave feedback online and they refunded 20% without such as a “sorry”. Will not be back!

Ordered 3 thighs and a leg. Got a bucket instead. But besides that, we tried the breasts and they were awful. So dry that the meat was flaking and was very difficult to eat. I've been eating KFC for 55 years. This was the worst ever.

Chicken fried steak was the worst I ever had, and waited for 10 minutes for someone to take our order , however I like their pot pie,but half the time they are out of them by 2 pm

Parking: There are only a few parking spaces to the restaurant and you have to cross the drive-thru. This was newly remodeled and there is a tiny sidewalk for you to cross the plant area before the drive-thru, but after the drive-thru you have to walk through wood mulch to get to the door. That's ridiculous! What if you're using a cane? What if you have high heels on? What if it's raining? How stupid that they couldn't put a 3 ft area of concrete between the driveway and the sidewalk to the door! Utterly ridiculous.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility if you can manage going up the curb, down into the drive-thru, back up over the curb again, and across the wood mulch to the sidewalk at the door. Or you could go down into the parking lot, out to the city sidewalk, and up to the restaurant..

It took 30 minutes to get my order and the team was in a state of panic. A lot of customers waiting on their orders for quite a while. As a General Manager for big box myself. Here is my professional take on the location .The team was cleary looking for guidance from a manager and that did not happen. I could not even tell you who was in charge because it wasn't apparent. The General Manager clearly needs to do a better job of training their talent. It appears based on the employee ratio to customers, that plenty of payroll was given to provide fast service. Also on my last visit the dining room cashier was not friendly or looked professional. Definitely an opportunity of putting the right people in the right place. Hopefully the General Manager takes feedback and course corrects. Otherwise you may need to seek a new GM with an intense focus on customer service and training.

Really slow restaurant they park almost every car and make them wait for their orders. That is such a inconvenience, what’s the point of drive-through if you still have to wait for your order? might as well get inside and order.
