The tortillas were good. Soft. Warm Fresh off the press. Good portions served. Stars are for the tortillas. The chili verde sauce was flavorful but the meat was hard and dry. They should try cooking the meat in the sauce instead of cooking it separately. I wouldn't order the chili verde plate again. Carnitas were dry Lacked moisture. Menudo had good flavor. We waited about 15 minutes for our food Be ready to speak Spanish because the employees didn't know English

It is a good place, good food, but you have a lot of people who have a very bad attitude. There are two girls who look alike. They are always angry. Change your staff and your clientele will grow more. That is my humble opinion. Thank you personally, I have had it. very bad experience with your people, thank you, blessings

Super poor service. My husband tried to order an item and was immediately corrected on his pronunciation of a word. Young girl had an attitude through the whole ordering process. Food was all bad, found a few burnt black fries in my chilaquiles and my husband was not impressed with the asada burrito. Horchata tastes lil a melted milkshake in a bad way. Horrible service and food will not be back.

2 stars because the carnitas, buche, and tortillas are really good here. However, their customer service is horrible. I love seeing good food in this area but with the way they treat their customers it makes me wish they were no longer in service. It is always a wait time here and if you get upset that they're taking too long on a meal that you ordered 30 minutes before they'll make you wait longer. I had gone in to place a big order for the next day and I paid for it, I specifically said have it ready at this time. I go in and they were starting my order. Waiting over 20 minutes I was hectic. I don't have the guts to yell or make a scene so I decided to post on here. Looks like others have experienced the same things too.

i enjoyed the food but the employees are terrible. I saw a review about how they use the racial card and I believe it. They serve the Hispanic community before anyone but they are also very rude to them. I was there this morning and witnessed a man wait for his tortillas and then was told to wait even longer so he waited a total of an hour. The man was upset of course and instead of apologizing for the wait they threatened to call the cops. I am bilingual so of course understood everything. I would have been upset also if they kept lying to me about how long my items would take. If the employees here treat people like that I can just imagine what they do to the food. It's safe to say that I will no longer be coming here and letting my friends and family know to avoid this place.

Ordered nachos with asada, but was given seasoned ground beef. I showed the girl working my food and she insisted it was asada even though she was looking at ground beef. I looked at other pictures of their nachos on Google, which confirmed I was eating ground beef, because othe peoples images looked like small pieces of steak. You know, like asada! What a bummer that I would've saved a lot of money if I just went to Taco Bell for ground beef nachos.

Best Mexican and closest to authentic in Lompoc. A little bit of a wait but definitely worth it. Highly recommend the crunchy tacos or carnitas.
