They NEVER ANSWER, literally every single time I try to call because their online ordering system is completely broken, they DONT PICK UP horrible customer service leaving people on hold and ignoring calls. It let me and order, them immediately canceled said order and I can't contact anybody from this store.

I was denied service with my ESA dog. I simply ordered online and wanted to pick up. I could not just walk in pay and grab the already made pizza and be home. I'll be complaining further. This is ridiculous.

It’s sad to say but the pizza are not as good anymore.
Check your pizzas when they are delivered!! I ordered it through the app and normally I pick it up and it arrives hot at the house but this time I placed the order and waited inside the store!! I got the email that it was ready!! I saw that they couldn't pick it up where they usually pick it up!! I asked for !! And how could they not find it!! Then he came out from behind with the pizza!! I went home and when I checked it it was hardly hot!!! And since I arrived from visiting my family from afar because I was so tired, I didn't go to complain!! But today they went too far!! So be careful next time!!!

This place not only makes your food taste like cardboard but there is a high level of homeless people that hang out in the front. At night there are people screaming in the parking lot and makes it frightening to go there. Inside the place is cramped and there is only one entrance door and the same door is used to exit so it can get congested during the busiest times 5pm- 8pm. When you come in you are greeted with staff that don't seem like they like there job and often times they ignore you. The pizza portals which are meant to make it faster to get your food are often broken and you food is most likely in the broken portal. This place needs a new location and new staff.
