We went for their special Christmas Tea. It was lovely and will definitely go back again. I used to work at Penelope’s and am delighted to have a special place to go to again. The owners were lovely too! Looking forward to taking my Granddaughters for a special time,
Wonderfully delicious afternoon tea! Service was some of the best. They accommodated us changing our reservation last minute and everything was still beautiful. And it was my first stateside tea with real clotted cream!
