I will not be going through their drive-thru ever again. They use an AI to "take orders" but the thing barely works and was constantly adding, subtracting, and mishearing items. Who in their right mind wants a goddamn robot to take your orders rather than the cashier who stills has to sit and wait until your order is over.
After everything, we still had to wait while the AI called a cashier to "finalize the transaction"?? What was the point of the robot in the first place then?
I'd recommend just going into the store and placing your order. All the staff is friendly, the food is still good, just please save your time and patience by just going inside.

This Panda Express is horrible with their time management. You can place an order online and you can get there when it’s supposed to be ready but it’s not and they make you wait another 20 minutes and deny you a free drink for waiting an extra 20 minutes. When you could be on your lunch break and that extra 20 minutes could be your entire lunch break and now you don’t have time to eat lunch. If there was another Panda Express all the way on the other side of town and they had better time management skills I’d much rather go there.

Consistently decent food. Fast. Parking lot sucks though. Also don't ask the AI at the drive thru speaker for an extra fork, I broke it doing this. Mortifying. It just repeated "let me get someone..." 7 times, loudly, while the car behind me waved his arms in frustration. It's not my fault, man.

Every time I go here when I ask Orange chicken double they don’t give me enough and one time I ask triple orange chicken nothing is there much Also with Rice They didn’t even put much It’s like the size of a spoon It’s just not fair And when i get my food and There’s barely nothing on it i get really mad because how stress and hungry

Ordered just terriaki chicken and orange chicken the day before that.. Requested Orange sauce for the terriaki chicken but was given sweet and sour. The orange chicken was so hard, i could break a window with it! The terriaki chicken tasted horrible... It was greasy and very rubbery! Won't go to this store again unfortunately.
