It has been 15 years since I last visited this place. I was stationed nearby and would come in 2-3 times a week. The owner would come out to chat with us, making the experience truly unforgettable! The portions were enormous back then. Thank you for a cherished food memory!
The Rice Bowl is out of this world. You walk in to a historic and fun decor, are immediately greeted by the owner who is incredibly nice, and then are treated to the best Chinese food in the county. A lot of the prices seem high until you realize that all of those prices are for a family sized portion. Also, all of those entrees can be served as a smaller portion for a lower price. As we sat down he brought us tea, which is such a welcoming gesture. I ordered the szechuan beef (extra spicy) and the fried rice and it might be the best of either that I've ever had. I've been here in Lompoc for 2 years and it's only my first time coming here, It looks like I have some lost time to make up. I'll be coming here once a week for the foreseeable future! Thanks again to the owner for giving us such a great experience.
Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. The decor is unique, a mix of retro and more traditional Chinese elements. Service was fantastic, the owner is so friendly and gracious. There were some customers that came in while I was dining who were horrendously rude and he handled it with aplomb. Truly a hidden gem.
To the person who complained about the price - the servings are massive and cost less per person than going to a place like Applebee’s.
This is the best General Tso Chicken I've ever tasted. I've eaten Chinese as far as Italy to Hawaii. Hands down my number one Chinese food place.
Chow mein was really good, lots of flavor. The chicken noodle soup was also flavorful and the noodles were great texture. The inside decor was pretty. The lady serving us was the sweetest, reminded us of our grandmas
Great food made from scratch, very fresh veggies. Even better service. Such a great semi hole-in-the-wall iconic historic Lompoc Chinese food. I'll definitely go back.

Hadn’t been in for a long time and was impressed with menu changes. Famous for giant egg rolls and all four of us devoured them. Delicious. Chinese beer was great too. Definitely trying all the menu again.

I went to have lunch, I wanted Won Ton soup. It was made fresh and it was the best Won Ton soup I had ever had. He also made us spring rolls and we went with the small size rolls. The rolls were the size of burritos!!! They were also great.

The King Pao Chicken was delicious, and the service was excellent. I really look forward to coming back to try the rest. Amazing location, charming decor. Best Chinese food I’ve had in as long as I can remember.
