Went for lunch and the bento box was a great value for lunch. Soup then the box contains a lot of tempura, California roll, rice and salad. Great value, here is a current menu

The food here tends to be good, although not always consistent (ex: beef bulgolgi being lukewarm or the tempura having raw flour chunks). Not anything that deters me from going there occasionally since food options are limited in Lompoc, particularly at night. The decor is cute and the music choice is usually fun.
The service, however, leaves a lot to be desired. They always bring the check very quickly, not asking if you’d like anything else. If you say you were actually hoping to order dessert it seems to be an unwelcome surprise. It’s not uncommon to have to go find someone if you need anything like chopsticks or a dish for soy sauce, etc. Typically all things that should have been included with the food. The sheer apathy and disinterest is frankly impressive. I’ve had better service at Applebee’s the time the line cooks got into a physical fight, making the wait for food ~45min or more.
I’m not a person who has high standards or expects to be waited on hand and foot, and I rarely give reviews that aren’t good ones, but in this case I felt the need to make an exception. Not saying don’t go there, just saying they have room to improve. If this restaurant was in a city it would have gone out of business already.

The food is amazing here, truly. However I went in yesterday at 8 and finished at 9. I went to the bathroom before leaving and my friend and I both slipped and nearly fell because they were mopping the floor. The hallway and bathroom floors were completely soaked and there was no wet sign…no one warned us and yes they did watch us go back to the restroom. It wasn’t closing time either so I’m genuinely confused as to why they would do something so risky. I can’t stress how wet that floor was, there was like half an inch of water all over the bathroom and in the stalls..I kept slipping. On top of all that the ladies that work here are often cold…like they will rarlely check on you and when they do it seems like they hate you lmao. I love the food so it’s hard to say I won’t be back but damn…I really hope I get their male server next time because he’s the only nice person.

I loved it here, the food was delicious and the waitress was friendly and extremely helpful she help me order and I was very pleased with the results 10/10 would come back again!! Wish I got her name.

Probably the single best (and healthiest) place to eat out in Lompoc. I dined here three times over the course of the week that I was there for work. I was able to sample their Seafood Pho, Yakisoba, and Seafood Udon. I also tried their spicy salmon roll. Every single dish I had was solid. While I was underwhelmed by the yakisoba, that was in no way a mark on the restaurant and more of personal taste. The other two dishes were absolutely delicious and I think it was more of a case of those being so good for my personal taste. Their sushi is slightly different but also quality. The service was excellent, especially on our last night where our service from our waiter was absolutely outstanding. It's just a shame I can't remember his name.

I've been here several times, and the service is just OK. They never check on you after you order, even when we are the only ones in the restaurant. Sushi is fine.

I have ordered many times from here. This might be my last. I don't mind having to to pay upcharges through Door Dash to the tune of almost $25 vs pickup, on this order, but you would think there was a better way of handing off orders. Door dash is picking up a $110 ish order for a John and takes an order for a Tammy that is a $30 order. Who is to blame? Maybe both. What really upset me was knowing Door Dash can't do much but refund store credit through Door Dash app. Sake Sushi says they can't do anything but try to get the driver to go back. That didn't happen. Probably because I was upset with driver for a moment, whom I talked to. They can't do much and put it back on Door Dash. Nevermind 4 people are waiting for dinner. Also I was not able to refund order through Door Dash as order was completed. First time that has happened. So I had to make arrangements to be driven to Sake Sushi. Was on my way to raise hell, but talked to front end person who I could not unload on. Took my order and left. Also returned wrong order. Ultimately food was great, but could have been warmer, due to lapse. I think Sake Sushi could have gone the extra mile. Literally 5 minutes away. May have caught me on a bad day but damn! As a business owner myself I bend over backwards if I have to. I don't know what else to say.

"The Food was ok, I really didn't Appreciate seeing The waitress having personal conversations upon entering this Restaurant. The Manager really needs to see that their Employees are working @A Professional level. Upon observation, I noticed one employee working very hard, I should of given that employee, A Tip for the effort & her Awesome Professionalism".

The sushi and Korean BBQ from this place really hit the spot after a long day of work. We had the Alaska rolland some salmon nigiri that was excellent. My beef bulgogi was also very good.

My wife has order multiple times via DoorDash. Every single time she orders sushi the chop sticks, soy sauce and other toppings like ginger are missing. It’s not the delivery personnel’s fault, but the management and employees fault. They need to know how to operate properly or close their business if they can’t provide good customer service. I personally don’t like their or service. Management needs to get on their toes and provide a good service specially when customers have to pay extra when ordering food for delivery.
