worst customer service. Was waiting for my drinks and no one called out it was ready. Should of checked reviews before going in. Amanda is SO RUDE. not coming back.

Just me, the only person in the café, trying to behave like a normal customer and suddenly I’m in Starbucks jail for sitting without a purchase 😏. I briefly used the restroom and planned to take a business call, then order my drink. I was approached by who I assume was the manager and told the restroom and lobby are only for paying customers. The interaction left me feeling dehumanized and unwelcome, even though I intended to purchase.
I researched the policy and it even says it’s okay for customers to sit briefly before ordering. I hope future first-time offenders can get more grace <3

I’ve never had coffee take this long. Management really should be monitoring surveillance/order to customer times. This is crazy, staff might need some coffee themselves to wake up.

The fact that I ordered a breve and the customer service person had no idea what I was talking about and continued to argue with me about what I was trying to order I said a hot breve with nine splendas large mixed well. Stephen continued to say well is that a latte or a whatever and I said that's four shots with half and half but she wanted to argue that day I guess.horrible customer service,
I was in the drive thru for more than 10 minutes and I asked for a caramel frappe and it looked like they got mad and put a lot of caramel drizzle. Bad service

Coffee is mostly great if made correctly. Some newer peipl3 don't push down all the way on the syrups and you know thus because you can barely taste your flavor choices. Breads and treats are always fresh and delicious. Grilled cheese I tried tasted good except the outside crust was very hard and tough to chew. Not sure why? If a mgr wants to offer a redo I'd be glad to review it again. The customer service is 100% top notch 10/10 friendly, helpful and always cheerful. They make my day before going to work (Im an RN) when they remember my name or my drink. Just need the new peeps to push all the way down on the pumps of syrup please.
