This starbucks in particular is my favorite!! Never too busy, always have gotten my order right and the staff is the friendliest I've ever seen!!

The girl at the window was friendly and polite I didn’t get a name but mobile order was ready quick and by far made the best. Taste and presentation was 5 stars. Best in 805

I am in a wheelchair so I waited for someone to come and ask for my order well I thought maybe it is because they couldn't see me I ordered my drink and a berry trio which is in the cooler to the right and not very accessible for a person in a wheelchair the barrista saw me struggling to reach it and just stood there. Once my drink was made they did not call out my name so my drink sat there till I noticed it I kept saying excuse me so I to get someone's attention finally a young very nice girl named Riley brought me my drink apologized. The whole time 2 managers were talking away in the corner. You think I would learn I have been here in total 4 times since it opened and it has very bad service and drinks. The last visit it was drive through I had ordered 2 drinks I said I have arthritis give me 1 drink at a time please the barista said is there a problem over the lady handing my drinks I said no I can only grab 1 at a time why he said well your taking to long i was so mad haven't been back till today.

I had the worst drink in my life here. I ordered decaf iced latte with oat milk. After one sip, my mouth got dry. Coffee tasted awful. I can tell it was a really bad shot of espresso. You should also consider if you want to use the same oat milk. Drink was tasteless, very disbalanced, bitter, burnt. I worked as a barista for many years and I go to a lot of different coffee shops, but never had coffee so bad.

A regular customer for years, but hasn't downloaded the apps.
I went to this store to pick up my mobile order - there’s a sign on the window at the drive thru that says, “Need serve ware? Just ask us.” I asked for 2 spoons and she told me they don’t even have any spoons and she wouldn’t be able to give me a spoon. I had two toddlers in my car & a slipped disk in my back and I had to get out of my car and go into the store - where they gave me spoons. ?Never had a problem at this location until this but I reported it to Starbucks because it’s rude and annoying to lie & make me come in when you clearly have spoons, as I have gotten them every single time other than this. Girl was just refusing to give me a spoon.
