I hate how I rarely carry cash and don't have money when I stop for food and then I get the friendliest service. I got a sandwich with someone and didn't pay & had no cash but I want to say the young woman was most amiable person I think I've run into in a long time. I wish I had her name but it early today. She was kind and neighborly and I hope Subway holds on to her. Please give her a raise to make up for my lacking. I'm not failing again. I hope this is posting on Central in Lompoc

Had a terrible experience here last night 12/13/25 at 6:50pm. Ordered a sandwich on the app, came in to pick it up, and the guy told me that they had no record of that order. I even showed him the order number, the correct subway address, and the time and date I ordered it. He just told me no. Then the app switched to “picked up” so someone definitely either picked up my order or the guy lied about seeing my order. The entire time I was trying to get him to look it up, he was on speaker phone with a friend, probably talking about me making him look in the computer. I contacted customer service and they said they would report it, but I never got my sandwich, and I never got compensated for purchasing the sandwich. They stole from me, refused to help me, and now nobody is contacting me back. This place is dirty and a scam.

High suggested NOTTTTTT making a mobile order. Happens way to often that they don’t ready the receipt. Wayyyyy too much chicken and ZEROOOOOO mayo on sandwich and didn’t seem like no oil vinegar on sandwich it was DRY only Sriracha. Ordered and paid for extra cheese pretty sure it was just regular cheese.. 0/10 sandwich wasn’t good

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this Subway, mainly involving not being able to order the Rotisserie-Style Chicken sandwich. This has happened twice. The other times I've ordered in the last year, the order was wrong one way or another, mainly these involved adding or not adding veggies (not putting pickles, but adding banana peppers, which I didn't ask for). I don't know if it's incompetence or what, but I've had it with this Subway. I will never go here again. Mind you, the H Street one also is bad, so I guess I'll have to go to the Ocean Ave ones.

Waste of time, out of ingredients Don’t have ingredients to their own new series of sandwiches. They said they refund me. Will take several day. I don’t trust them at all. I have to expect they stole my money. They didn’t offer anything for compensation.

Going before the dinner rush, there was no line and I received phenomenal service! The young woman who made the sandwiches was very welcoming, did not make me feel rushed when ordering, and made one of the best sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwiches Subway could offer! I came in this afternoon on my lunch break for a foot long Sub on white bread the store was very dirty. They had shredded cheese mixed in the With the turkey and roast beef from poor product handling. Empty condiment containers on the line. NO MAYO, NO MUSTARD, STALE BREAD. This whole bunch needs to be retrained properly and managers need to be held accountable. Clean it up or my next call will be to the health inspector
