Was compelled to write this review because of the excellent service I always receive from the staff here at this location; but, even more so because of the great service I always receive from both Latwila and Adrinan every time I visit. Both are always very professional, courteous, personable and accommodating, I will continue to visit this location as a result.

They did a great job with our meal. The server was very helpful and knew his job very well. This was our first time visiting a Wing.stop. He hooked us up with a good verity of sauces and flavors. The restaurant was clean and well stocked.
I ordered online with a pick up time between 16-21 mins. I walked in the facility at the 12 minute mark and literally watch the cook have a whole conversation and stand around for 10 minutes before more tickets came in and my order was finally being prepped. 30 mins later, I finally received my order. Unacceptable behavior.

Was craving their fries. Bummed because they weren’t seasoned and were cold. Didn’t care to eat any of the wings. A waste of food because the workers don’t care to do their job correctly. A waste of money.

I see why you have a 3.9, you're very unprofessional and knowledgeable and most of all no customer service experience.. it took me 5 to 10 minutes to get five wings.. it start at the top please train your employees.. I'm surprised you still have business

I'm starting to believe that teens and young adults have no business in the food industry unless it's to ring up the food and cashier. Every time I come here I'm disappointed. I can tell my food was cooked by children. Please hire adults to cook in your kitchen. I'm seriously driving out to the next city where they have a better wing stop because they actually have grown adults cooking my food. This is insane. I pay a lot of money for your food I expect quality
