Attempted to visit at 2:30pm on a Saturday and it was closed. No sign on the door, or any explanation as to why. Had a car full of disappointed kids.

We used to love this place, but sadly it’s really gone down hill. No samples to try flavors, cashier was nowhere to be found for 15 minutes to tell them that the yogurt came out super watery. Our yogurt was very melty by the time a different cashier came out so we could pay. When she asked me for my phone number, I gave her my old phone number associated with my rewards which worked. I asked her how to change it to my current phone number and she said that she didn’t know. I asked her if the other cashier who had gone in the back would know. She said she would ask him. I told her we would be sitting outside of the window. Neither of the cashiers ever approached me to give me any information. When I went inside to throw away our empty bowls, there were no cashiers in sight. Also, while we were sitting outside you could see tons of old, dirty spider webs, but looking down the rest of the shopping center, there weren’t any, as if the other businesses had swept them off. I’m not saying I’ll never bring my grandkids there again, but just very disappointed compared to how it used to be.

Huge disappointment ? the yogurt had and awful watery texture and the toppings are stale. Tastes like water! Definitely not going back there again.

I like taking my kids to this location, the yogurt is tasty and they have a good selection of toppings and add-ins. The only thing I don't enjoy about this shop is that it always feels moist inside. A dehumidifier would do them a lot of good. I don't like everything feeling damp while I'm purchasing food.

What’s happened to this place? The yogurts no longer have any flavor. This used to be a great spot and don’t know why they changed the ingredients. You literally can’t taste much. Just sad.

Yogurt creations isn't what it used to be. All the topping selection is limited and perhaps store bought. Yogurt flavors are super limited. Very disappointing, this used to be a good place to come to for your sweet tooth fix.

Went there tonight. The most watered down icy yogurt ever. All the good toppings are gone! Never again!!!

My husband and I drove to yogurt creations Lompoc Saturday night 2/27/2021 at 7:50pm and all the lights were on and the open sign was on, however the doors were locked and no one was inside. I tried calling the store and no answer. The hours on the door for COVID and online said they were open until 10pm. Seems like someone bailed on the job. It was very disappointing.

This place has really gone downhill since the new owners/management. The website is never updated, the flavors don’t change much and taste watered down, toppings are inconsistent. We used to love it but we don’t go nearly as much anymore.

Ehh. Haven't been in a while but something has changed since then.Perishable toppings were basically empty and in need of a change. Not just one or two. ALL of them. Sauces were all empty.Not a huge variety to begin with like they used to.Maybe it was just a bad day but it's not like it used to be.I swear these "kids" people hire do not earn their paycheck.

I walked into this location on July 23,2020 and this location was dirty. The floors were sticky and so were the counter tops. The machines have not been cleaned.When I brought it to the employee attention he said I haven't had a chance to clean. Seriously are you that lazy. When you look at the website for flavors and get to the store they are out of the flavor you want. Then you go look for your toppings oh were out. I ended throwing my yogurt away and left.
