Hunter, Tyler, Liam, and Jason are absolute rockstars. They are consistently some of the kindest and most professional workers we’ve encountered. Not only are they incredibly friendly, but they also take real pride in their work. Every single time we order, our food is prepared perfectly and the order is 100% correct. They always go out of their way to make sure we’re happy and have everything we need. It’s worth noting that not all Pizza Factories are created equal. We have visited other locations in the past, and honestly, they don't even come close to the exceptional service and food quality we get here in Loomis. We highly recommend this spot to anyone craving a great meal. Between the delicious pizza and the top-notch service from Hunter, Tyler, Liam, and Jason, you definitely will not be disappointed!

Amazing dining experience overall. Tall guy running the oven hooked my crying kid up with a personal pizza and legitimately had it ready faster than I could believe. He came out with it and cracked some jokes that brought a smile to her face that was absolutely priceless. Really well-made food on the rest of the order (very well-portioned and generous toppings!), and excellent music playing on the speakers. It's refreshing to hear some good alt-rock as opposed to the generic pop or contrived Italian classical that every other dining place seems to be obsessed with. The whole crew was very kind and accommodating despite us coming in near their closing time. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere, amazing crew. Can't recommend them enough.

Huge shoutout to Pizza Factory! Got a Medium Pizza and Large Drinks from Pizza Factory, and everything was top-notch.
