I never complain but our waitress was acting like she was bothered to wait on us We were a table of 4 and maybe if we were locals it would have been different, as it seemed that there were regulars that our waitress was sitting with and drinking wine with Our drink took more than 10 min to get , I even had to go to bar and buy a drink myself. They were very accommodating with our reservation which was great . But over all we felt like we were a burden for this waitress
We have visited Red's Bistro quite a few times—lunches and dinners. We had reservations for 6:15pm last night for four of us. We arrived on time. Waited 20 minutes for two cocktails and at 7:35pm, our napkins were retrieved and all items picked up. We were enjoying a leisurely visit while finishing our wine, but it was obvious and uncomfortable that we were supposed to leave. It says in the restaurant description on Open Table that parties of four get two hours. We left at 90 mins because of being rushed out. Steven, our server, was exceptional and made the evening fun. The food was good, but we will not be returning anytime soon. For the price we paid and for the wait time, we should have received a more courteous experience.
Used to go here before you started cocktails, what happened? Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive, the old fashioned was as sweet as a soda. Burrata had so much garlic we couldn't eat it. Fall pasta ok and scallops were fantastic- I believe things have fallen off- not sure we'll be back
I love this place. Great food. Good vibes. Yummy drinks. Chill but swanky ambiance. Nothing to not like.
Red's once again gave us an amazing experience. Between the awesome server, the great wine selection and the mouth watering food, this is by far our favorite restaurant. As an amazing bonus, they are officially a seed oil free restaurant. ❤️❤️❤️
Red's Bistro is an excellent place to dine, the food and service is fantastic. Stephen our Server went above and beyond for us. Great experience, we will continue to return!
Great spot in Loomis for classy cocktails, a unique upscale menu, and beautiful ambiance. Perfect for date night or larger groups. Plenty of parking behind the building. Summer salad was huge, salmon stuffed with crab was amazing.

We haven't been here in awhile but spot on again. We had the venison stuffed jalapeños, olives, char grilled ceasar and rigatoni bolognese. Great craft cocktails. I highly recommend the paper plane! Rashel was an amazing mixologist!

We had an incredible dining experience at Reds’ Bistro last night. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the service attentive without being overbearing, and the food… absolutely outstanding.
I ordered the halibut, and it was cooked to perfection—delicate, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers, each one a delicious surprise, and capped the evening with a decadent dessert that we’re still talking about today. The wine selection was impressive, and the pairing recommendations were spot-on.
What really sets Reds’ Bistro apart is their impressive, creative menu—unlike anything else you’ll find in the area. This is a true hidden gem, the kind of place you have to experience firsthand to truly appreciate the care, creativity, and quality that goes into every dish.
We will definitely be back

Went for dinner last week. Overall good experience. Here's my review: we ordered scallops and French onion soup for starters, which both were excellent. For a main me shared a steak which was perfectly cooked. For fine dining in the French bistro genre, I would have expected a few options for the steak, including bernaise or herb butter. Also, the fries were kind of soggy. Not like the steak frittes you would hope for. And they were just serve with ketchup, no aioli or even mayo. Although to be fair, they didn't advertise it as steak frittes, but that is standard bistro faire so I did have that in mind. And aioli is so easy! And mayo even easier! And both standard French bistro faire. The asparagus was overcooked. Our server was very friendly, but didn't know the menu super well. At the end of the meal we were not offered deserts. We didn't want them, but just missed the mark for standard fine dining to offer. I love options for local fine dining, so I intend this as taken for constructive criticism.

Had a glitch on the order but the server made up for it by free drink and educating us on bar tending tips. :)
We had the best waiter. Thank you, Steven! The food was so delicious! We love Reds! We will definitely be back. We've always enjoyed our dinners at Reds but the white linen made it even better. So refreshing after a pretty hot day.
Don’t go here. Unfortunately it is so underwhelming. All of the waiters except for Steven need B12 shots. Seriously, they are from and center in downtown Loomis with so much potential! But they fail to deliver:( I am a bartender from San Francisco and I have been in the service industry forever. It’s expensive and falls flat with a good vibe. I left feeling like I had been to a funeral. I’m not exaggerating!! To the owner of this establishment you need to reevaluate this whole thing.
Our go to restaurant in Loomis! Just love the atmosphere and the food is always too notch!
