This is the closest Starbucks to me and boy every time I go to this one there’s a problem!! I don’t want to say everybody is rude in here because I really haven’t taken names, but the experience has been horrible every single time! There’s a girl who works their name Kaitlyn who only will give you a few ounces of cream in your drink, whether you paid for it or not, and she’ll argue with you over it! I worked for Starbucks for seven years and have been going there for way longer than that and this is not the example of what Starbucks employees should be like this store is just horrible all around Not to mention I have waited extremely long times for my drink. I’m talking 20 minutes to 40 minutes. You will Be late to work if you come on your lunch hour and you’ll probably feel worse than you did before you came in because of the way you treated… Normally, I really try to find the positive and everything and you never know if somebody’s having a really bad day on the other end even the person serving you your drink, and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but it’s been every single time I come to the store!

This Starbucks before location moved was our absolutely favorite! As of late they seem to be struggling. I also understand they are trying their best as the location now offers drive thru and gets very busy but my husband is a frequent customer as in he stops and gets a coffee almost everyday and choose to spend our money here as to support local. We have had a few issues in the past but have given them the benefit of the doubt but today was enough. Starbucks has been running a promo all month of December if you get a grande beverage you get a tall hot cocoa for free. We have used this promo all month in the drive thru and in store. Today the barista told us we have to go inside to get our drink even though we were in the drive through and received our other drinks. Like really the drink was made you could’ve handed it to us. Unfortunately we couldn’t get out of the car so our toddler wasn’t able to get his hot cocoa.

Bathrooms, sinks and mirrors looked like they have not been cleaned in ages. You would think a newer Starbucks would have better cleanliness than truck stop bathroom with hourly checks on sanitation.

Wow just ordered 3 drinks today at 3pm. Orders were coming from everywhere. Had to wait longer then normal, but staff was incredible!!! 2 young lady's and a gentleman. Working like a clock to make sure everyone was satisfied. With HUGE SMILES as they worked. IMPRESSIVE!!! Thank you

Horrible customer service. Placed an order for pick up at 2:20, pick up 2:35. It’s now 2:50 and they told me they don’t start making orders until people show up. I waited and watched 3 other people order before me and they got their drinks right away. What’s the point of placing a mobile order? Also the staff has this look on their face that they don’t want to be there and their response is “we can refund you if you don’t want to wait.”

I'm reviewing them one star because their service time is so long. You'll wait at least 5 minutes at the ordering booth to order, 10 minutes in line after ordering and then another 10 for your food and drinks. I understand they are a new location and still trying to get set up but you are better off going to the Starbucks the next exit over. The staff is kind and sweet, probably the best customer service but the wait is the worst.

I went threw the drive-through ordered two cake pops a medium water and a venti iced white mocha, when I got to the window she handed me a medium white mocha. I told her I ordered a large. She said I’m sorry have a great day! Very rude, I will not be returning to this location. If there had been a Dutch Bros I would have gone there for this very reason, bad service.if you don’t like your job this is definitely a way to loose it.

Unless you want to wait 30+ minutes for a drink, do not go here. This is the third time this has happened. Whoever manages this Starbucks should reconsider. Seriously. There are currently 14 guests in the lobby waiting for drinks and there’s one person on cold bar, one person on hot bar and a drive thru line to the street. The baristas are moving at literal turtle speed, they’re joking, gossiping etc instead of slinging drinks out. They keep acknowledging how busy the restaurant is but continue to move incredibly slow, disregarding the backup on drinks. I’m NEVER going to this awful location again.

You can't make all the app orders wait while you sit and make every drive thru order first. 30 plus mins to get a mobile order as I watch people just going through the drive through. Katelynn can try to justify why they made 50 drive thru drinks and made us wait but that was horrible service stay away!
