I was treated so rudely coming here. The sign said that they close at 9pm. I arrived around 8:15pm on my lunch break. The restaurant had people eating and the girl behind the counter said that she already put all the food away and COULD NOT make me a sandwich. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. RUDE WORKERS.

The girl making sandwiches was wearing slide in sandals with no socks. Good thing I checked my order because there was no advocado on my salad that I paid extra for and no mayo on one of the sandwiches. The other sandwichel had hardly any tuna. I got dirty looks for asking for my advocado and mayo, interrupted her from her cell phone time, since that's what she was doing.

they were eating one the counter when we came in the straws weren't covered they were just out for anyone to touch. when i asked for turkey they have enough to make a sandwich but they said we are out and instead of going back to cut more turnkey she just sat back on the counter. unbelievable.

Make sure you check your sandwich before leaving if you're picking up. Ordered a new turkey sandwich that has bacon and mozzarella in addition to turkey and ended up getting a normal turkey sandwich. The biggest problem? The sandwich I paid for is more expensive than a normal turkey. I got scammed and certainly will not order from this location again.

Literally always forget over half the ingredients on every sandwich I order. Today I opened a sadleich to 7 pieces of spinach, 2 tomatoes, and 4 pickles. No mayo or spread or oils or anything else requested. This place is a total waste if money. Do not go here

First of all, I don't have high expectations when it comes to Subway. I know what I'm getting myself into by coming here. It's kind of a last resort if I really want a sandwich. But Jersey Mike's was closed and so was Beach Hut, so I bit the bullet placed a mobile order on Sunday night around 6:45pm. Boy, did I pay the price for that. So my boyfriend goes to pick up the food.... and come to find out, they're closed. Early. The signage on the store even says 8am-8pm. The app says the same thing, and so do the hours posted online. I don't get it. Why even let someone order food online if your store is closed? Yeah, they took the $14 out of my bank account, without me even receiving my food. So that's cool. Sure, $14 isn't going to make or break me, but I don't like being duped out of my money. So I gotta call my bank account and get that adjusted. Save your money, save your time. Don't come here. I'm not going to Subway ever again, y'all.

Absolutely lovely experience. The worker made sure I had a lovely sandwich and was incredibly nice and respectful. The one with the yellow hair deserves a raise :)

So stopped here yesterday and there was a boy in training that didn't act like he wanted to be there and the girl training him didn't bother to change gloves after handling money. I decides nit to place an order and walked out.

I eat here a lot since I work nearby. I love how the service is always great and they keep the spot well organized at all times. Prices are fair and they serve large portions.

Please save your money and use it somewhere else. The service I received at this location yesterday was absolutely infuriating. Coming from someone that has worked at sandwich shops including a subway, this service was so far below subpar. When I came in I was barely greeted by a young kid with his AirPod in. Not once this whole interaction did he smile or try to make conversation, plus with another customer waiting behind me. He obviously cut my bread wrong and ignored it (I know if I had did that even at the subway I worked at that I would get in huge trouble for giving that to the customer). He barely looked up to ask me questions about the sand which and failed to even try to put on any of the toppings evenly. When I opened my sandwich in the car I was fuming with anger. I was going to get my refund but I was in a hurry for time because I was supposed to be out hiking. Please go to a different subway! Cell was an amazing sandwich artist, a guru if you will. He made us amazing sandwiches like Scooby-Doo style! What a fun experience for a late night adventure.

Terrible service. Just flat the way I said it the young lady working when I went to get a sub was so rude and she did not care what I had to say. I was ignored and she looked so unhappy to be there and not a people's person talking on the phone with her earbuds it's ridiculous

I eat at Subway because I know I'm going to get a consistent meal, however, service can be a bit and miss as it was today, 10-11-20.After paying for my sandwich, chips, and drink I noticed that 70% of the soda machine drink selections were not available. There was only 1 employee working. When I brought it up to her she acted surprised ? at first... then responded saying she is a new employee and couldn't work the machine. From her response it was obvious she knew there was limited drink selection before I paid and should've forewarned me and then offer me a choice to purchase one of there bottled drinks.There is no excuse for the poor equipment training and customer service etiquette training. Definitely nothing like Chick-fil-a where you always get great customer service no matter which location you go to.Next time I'll drive to the other Subway just a couple miles down the road near Target as I know the owner there always provides great customer service.

We had 4 sandwiches to order and she would not even listen to the order completely before taking next order. The ingredients looked like a Jackson Pollock painting. Then to top it off they had a foot long sale that she would not honor because half of the sandwich had different ingredients on it WTF. Oh ya and we were the only ones in the store and she was rushing us out while on the phone to confirm order and already wrapping the sandwiches up before us telling her we were done.. Never coming back here.
