Food was cold and unsafe to eat. I threw away all of my items. Staff is nice but not helpful. Work seems like an option at this establishment. At least 3 people in the back messing around while one poor girl at least was trying to do something. I'm surprised this location hasn't been shut down.

Drive thru's are taking alot longer these days. It is no longer considered fast at all. Plan about 30 mins in this drive thru.

The drive-thru attendant who served me, Kade, was really nice and was energetic. I ordered online and he made it really easy to be patient in the drive-thru.

When I place a Taco Bell order, I order it on the app and wait. The store will usually call me name when it's done and the app will also let you know. This store apparently does not nor does the app. I patiently waited and a person in my party questioned how long it was taking. I looked at the app and it said the order hadn't been started yet. We waited quite some time longer when that person asked the staff how long my order will be. The guy pulled my order from the side. My person asked why I wasn't called, and we were told "it's a process change" now if you make an app order, we have to ask if it's ready. When I asked why the app states my order is still being made, I was told the app doesn't work very well. So basically, the store and the app will not tell me my order is ready unless I ask...
The only reason I didn't give a 1 star review is because they got my order right.

i’m not sure how this location has so many bad reviews, my food was correct, fast, warm and an absolute massive shout out to Sabrina for assisting me when i went in for lunch. will definitely be back!!
