The customer service was terrible, rude employees, didn’t respond when I said hi how are you, gave me a milkshake that wasn’t even blended (not even a milkshake at that point). Terrible attitudes. Also didn’t give us ANY napkins. However, we spoke to the manager today, and we appreciated you addressing it very much.

Great place, love the old fashon hamburger stand decor. Food is classic hamburger stand meaty quality of days gone by. Shakes and malts are absolutely excellent. Service is above excellent. This is my go to place for a genuine burger and malt.

Good comfort food: burgers, fries, sandwiches... but... it's ALL ABOUT THE MILKSHAKES! They have it all! More than 350 different combinations of flavors. I try to not repeat any but some of my favorites are anything including mint or lemonade. So good.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a new place. My kids were so excited to try this place. I drove my family 30 minutes all the way to Loomis where they could try this location based off peoples reviews. We waited 40 minutes and the food never came , so I finally walked in and said pardon me but we have not received our order. We noticed that they made sure everybody around us got their food, if not inside they came outside carrying bags asking for names. I proceeded to ask him why did you not bring out our bag like everyone else's? They just looked and said “don’t know, we called it. “ then try to give me cold food. Needless to say my children left crying about no food or milkshakes and hungry. I will never come back here and I will make sure it is known that this place does not care about their customers. SO so disappointing by the way it was handled. Would have given another chance if they seemed empathetic at all but they just didn’t care. Sad to see local small business this way.

Worse place I've ever been to, cashier was rude after screwing up the order and the banana splits were served with rotten bananas, Outdoor patio full of flies. Loomis doesn't deserve to have a place like that.
