Came here and "Kimberly T" refused my valid KFC coupon, stating that It wasn't in the register anymore and that they would not honor it. I bought this coupon card from a high school student to support the local football program, but it's sad that this local businesses didn't even honor their pledge to offer the coupon through its expiration date of July 2023.

A&W in Visalia has always been a great experience. Service is good. The workers are always welcoming. The food is delicious.
Elizabeth was rude. I asked for my condiments ahead of time because most employees at fast food places forget my condiments when they ask me to pull forward into a certain stall and I end up going inside to get condiments after they bring my food out to my car which defeats the purpose of going through the drive through. She went back and forth with me about how the condiments would be put in the bag and her attitude was nasty. It takes more energy to go back and forth with a customer than it does to honor their request. I won’t be going back to this location.

No chicken at a chicken place seriously? Poorly managed. They said a 15 minute but it is going on 45 minutes. Customer service lacking. Save the annoyance eat elsewhere. This is a KFC and A&W location.
