Came here and "Kimberly T" refused my valid KFC coupon, stating that It wasn't in the register anymore and that they would not honor it. I bought this coupon card from a high school student to support the local football program, but it's sad that this local businesses didn't even honor their pledge to offer the coupon through its expiration date of July 2023.

Well how do I start this review see I was driving by because I was headed to gilroy so I diced to stop by and grab something quick to eat went through the drive throw as me and my girlfriend order we preceded to go to the window to pay Eva's was are cashier she toke are payment the. Precedes to tell us to reverse the car back out of view of them to wait for are food until it was ready witch I find very strange because that's never happened to us and well we do what she says and then we get are food and we decide to park. And eat the food and we knowledge other cars going throw the drive throw to see if they where doing the same thing to them but no I looked liked it was only done to us know I feel like we where discriminated against for being part of the LGBQ community because that's what it felt like as we where the only car they did that to I feel like I want to take legal action against this because they should respect and discriminate so I will not ever return to this location again

Elizabeth was rude. I asked for my condiments ahead of time because most employees at fast food places forget my condiments when they ask me to pull forward into a certain stall and I end up going inside to get condiments after they bring my food out to my car which defeats the purpose of going through the drive through. She went back and forth with me about how the condiments would be put in the bag and her attitude was nasty. It takes more energy to go back and forth with a customer than it does to honor their request. I won’t be going back to this location.

No chicken at a chicken place seriously? Poorly managed. They said a 15 minute but it is going on 45 minutes. Customer service lacking. Save the annoyance eat elsewhere. This is a KFC and A&W location.
The worst customer service, they have great food but very rude employees. They always get my order wrong and get upset when I tell them my order is wrong. Don't think I'll be back any time soon.
