My family and I visited Baskin-Robbins in Los Banos on Friday night, and we had a fantastic experience thanks to Jackie! We ordered three separate items, and Jackie was wonderful throughout the process. She greeted us with a warm smile and had such a happy, bubbly personality that made our visit even more enjoyable.
Her skill in making our drinks and scooping our ice cream was impressive. After our order, she rang us up efficiently, leaving us with nothing but great memories from our time there.
Thank you, Jackie, for making our family outing special. We will definitely be back!

Went through drive thru, the person helping me must of had a bad day, she was not friendly at all. We have always been going there and had no problems before. Ordered a quart of half and half ice cream, got home and it was only 3/4 full. Not to the top like it has been, getting more expensive with less product.

My family and I frequently visit Baskin Robbins, unfortunately the last few times our experience has been extremely awful, the quality of service has really spiraled downward. Hector was extremely rude and unapologetic when providing us our order incorrectly. Ice cream was extremely soft, and can been seen to have been left out for longer than necessary.
