Horrible experience this is the second time I go and they just slapped my food together mayonnaise on my burgers to the point where it makes my bread soggy and it’s just overpacked with vegetables when I asked for light mayonnaise and light vegetables no salt on my fries just everything around horrible horrible service

I put in a mobile order thinking I could get in and out really quickly, but I ended up getting stuck in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes. I have no clue what the hell was going on but this was insane, they couldn’t even let the cars through and park them on the side like most other fast food places do to keep the line moving. I’ve been a Burger King truther for a long time now and this is my last time going to one, I couldn’t even eat my food with how upset I was.

Just left Windy's, they don't serve lunch for another 15 minutes. Bye Windy's. Drove to Burger King, affordable food prices and got a burger and fries by 10:30 am. I will be back. Thanks BK, have it your way, You Rule!!!

I order from mobile app. When we pick up the order got the order wrong, we ask to correct the order the crew I was talking was very rude that they don’t have anything to do with order on the app. I ask for the Manager the person I was talking claim that she is the manager and then another person came claiming is the manager also told her my issue hopping I can get it resolved. She’s the worst one make a story short when I told her I will record her they all back out and treating me they will call the cops if I don’t leave.

The worst experience I've ever had in a fast food drive-thru
Waited 1 hour and when I got to the window there was no apologies I was really upset I only ordered a drink and an ice cream cone. Nobody accommodated me and no explanation of why it took so long terrible terrible customer service
