Chipotle Mexican Grill

There was an unhappy vibe when we walked in. Service was decent, but it lacked in friendliness & courtesy. Food was tasty, but expensive.

This is incident happen on Father’s Day June 16th 2024. My family and I were driving back from Monterrey and decided to stop at this restaurant. It was an awful experience, the place was filthy and so was customer service. The girl in the red/copper hair was so rude to my family & I. The guy in the durag was texting while preparing food the entire time we were there🤮

My 96 year old uncle gets a rice bowl almost every week. He loves them, and he can get 2 to 3 meals out of one bowl.

Went this evening.....the place was pretty much empty....most of the tables were dirty....all the food in the bins was dryed out...like it had been sitting all day...I went somewhere else

Pretty sure chipotle is skimping on items.when I first started coming two years ago the burritos were so fat and filling. Recently I noticed they are being so skimp w the meat my burritos are skinny and non filling. So not worth it.

At 8:05 we were told they were closed and we can’t eat in the lobby by the girl with red hair. The skinny girl with glasses said out loud to make sure to make the orders are to go. It’s 8pm and they don’t want people to eat in the lobby when they don’t close until 10pm? Lazy much? The restroom is closed with a sign that says closed sorry :( cause they don’t want the bathroom dirty. They have a very rude demeanor. And giving us side eyes because we say in here.

They are under staffed so they close dining area by 8 pm. They are always missing one or two proteins. Always in a rush making your meal. Shitty attitude. They truly need to rehire the whole staff and hire leadership. Negative stars if possible! SMH!

Pulled up to Chipotle in Los Banos, thinking I was about to have a mewing session while enjoying my bowl. But nah, the vibe was straight up Ohio energy—no chips, like seriously? That’s like showing up for a gooning sesh and forgetting your Looksmaxx routine. Total L.

And then they hit me with the ‘sorry, can’t eat inside’ news. So there I was, stuck in my car, trying to max out my jawline while eating a chip-less bowl, feeling like I got banished to the middle of nowhere.

The food? It was mid at best. Chipotle, you gotta step it up. I’m trying to Looksmaxx my life, not deal with this low-key Ohio experience.

Got here at 9pm ? they are out of burritos and bathrooms are closed can’t dine in or sit outside steak is undercooked. ??

The worst chipotle we have ever been to. We consume chipotle weekly so we have a good baseline expectation. The burrito was HUGE, because they added enough rice for 3 burritos. The ratios were off and the burrito was cold. My girlfriend got sick for 3 days after eating here. We will absolutely skip this chipotle moving forward. Customer service wasn’t bad, it was a neutral interaction? But the food was absolutely sub par to any other chipotle we frequent.

If you're passing through Los Banos and have a craving for Chipotle, just keep going down the street to Taco Bell or one of the many other Mexican restaurants in town. I walked in around 7pm, the garbage cans were all overflowing and most of the tables were covered in food and trash. Staff in the kitchen were BLASTING explicit rap music on a personal speaker that everyone in the restaurant could hear (on top of the typical Chipotle music playing), as well as loudly talking to each other with extremely inappropriate language. Out of steak and chicken, the counter serving area was a mess, and the Guac was brown. No forks or napkins out on the drink counter. And the mens restroom was closed.

The staff were friendly and prompt. The food was on par with previous chipotle experiences although they were out of several food items and beverages. The dining area was a complete $#1! Show. Food on the floor. Overflowing trash cans. Dirty tables. We made the best of the situation but it was clear no one cared about the appearance of the dining area. This is typically indicative of poor or absent management.

I bought lunch with mobile order. They were out of tea so I asked for lemonade and it was completely water down, no straw and I received no napkins with my bag of food. I should have taken the 3.8 stars to account. This place gave me a bad first impression.

Just went today at 7:50 pm to use the bathroom because me and my family are on a road trip and I went in to the woman’s bathroom and it was so disgusting the toilets were not flushedit looked like no one has cleaned it in years never coming here again
