Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went in today, they got some rude, entitled and disrespectful women working there. They obviously forgot they are working in service and at the very least they should have manners and common courtesy towards their customers. No customers no job people, get it together! Then again management is who hires these disrespectful people to go have no respect for military personnel… shame.

This is one if the better Chipotle that I have visited. Food temperature was so much better than what we have experienced at other locations.

not really busy at all. just sucks there's no pickup shelf so you have to go up to the worker to get it picked up. the food is always good here haven't had any issues.

i love chipotle. i always get a bowl with the chipotle honey chicken it actually tastes better than the normal chicken. the only problem i've had is sometimes they'll run out of sour cream or rarely the chips will taste stale but i hope they keep the chipotle honey chicken for good.

Most disgusting excuse of a food establishment, my food came with literally no meat because they said they had no chicken OR tortillas. What a absolute joke, I need my money back.

The food guacamole looked old, rice unstirred, as if it had been there all day. My first time walking out of a restaurant based on how the food looks.

Worst service ever. The prices in store doesn't match the online prices. The prices r higher in the store. Online price $25 in store $44. I called to speak to the MGR, she was very rude!!!!

Plus the food was cold. I hope this store closes due to slow business.

I've given them the benefit of the doubt so many times, and i'm officially done eating this trash. It was great, perfect even, a few months prior. And now, multiple visits with absolutely sub par food. I would rather go to mcdonalds and be served hot food that I don't need to microwave and regretfully eat because it tastes like cardboard.

Me & my husband have been here several times & every single time his chicken comes out cold like deli meat. My steak is always warmish, but I think it's unacceptable to be serving cold meat when it should be hot & fresh.

If you order online thru door dash or website they will give you half the portions in your bowl/burrito. They charge extra for additional meat but only give you half a serving and when you ask for the full serving you are paying for they say it will be an additional charge.

There was an unhappy vibe when we walked in. Service was decent, but it lacked in friendliness & courtesy. Food was tasty, but expensive.
