Stopped by to grab breakfast and the food was good, our server was great, but the bathroom was being repaired and the smells coming out of the bathroom were awful. In addition to that, we were first seated next to the bathroom. I had to request for a different table.

Ok. So I LOVE their menu (and the prompt friendly service I normally get in my home town)

I came in hungry, knew exactly what wanted, and after 15 minutes of NOBODY even asking if I'm ready to order I walked out. I don't HAVE to eat here (* it wasn't even busy)

I tried calling in a take-out order at this location and was told “can I put you on a brief hold?” After waiting 12 mins the waitress hung up on me and didn’t pick back up for 2 additional calls. This has happened before at this location and it’s because they literally don’t have a cook working the hours I usually come in to order food. I don’t know if the manager is aware that the night shift waitresses are refusing to take orders but are still getting paid for being clocked in for work wages. If she would’ve just told me the truth then it wouldn’t have got a second thought or a bad review, I don’t appreciate being lied to and I’m sorry but the waitress never gave her name. In person I could point her out, that’s how often I used to order from here, I’ve seen all this location employees.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Denny's. After being involved in a serious car accident yesterday, my partner had to come pick me up from the restaurant. My phone was at 10%, so I asked the waitress, Anna, if I could charge it at the booth next to me, which had an available outlet. Unfortunately, she refused to help and showed no willingness to accommodate my request. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half for my partner to arrive, and throughout the ordeal, Anna was unsympathetic to my situation.

Ok so my question is…. Is Dennys a restaurant or a daycare?
I ask because i was there on Wednesday Oct.9.2024
Employees had their kids running all over the restaurant crying being loud. I understand is a family restaurant but as an employee you have to have respect towards us guests. For my understanding it was the managers kids. I say this because one server made the comment and even added that the kids had been there all morning, That even the baby had slept there. She also added that she was going to offer the manager to go home with her kids because it was to much. The server was even serving coffee caring the baby. Imagine if she burned that poor child. There is a boundary between work and personal life, at this stage that boundary was beyond past. Sometimes we just want to go in enjoy a quiet peaceful place with a exquisite hot cup of coffee but we come to kids running all over. I don’t understand if the Store Manager/Owner allows this but to be honest this is the first time I experience a situation like this. Hopefully I don’t encounter this again.

I've been a Los Banos resident for nearly 15 years and this was the first time I ever have walked out of a restaurant in Los Banos due to poor customer service. The restaurant was only filled at about a 35-40% capacity when we were seated, yet 12 minutes into are sit down we had not yet been tended to. A party of 6 and a party of 2 who came in a few minutes after my son and I were tended to and their orders were taken immediately upon arrival. We were told once about 3 minutes after being seated, "I'll be with you in minute" by the same hostess who tended to the parties that came in after we did. Thanks but no thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere given that type of customer service. If a 0 rating was an option, that's what I would have submitted!

Food and service were good for a road trip stop. Atmosphere was Dennys... but they did have this strange fly problem on just one table by the window with the broken blind. It was like the flies were sun bathing... lol
Not sure what was up with that, but the avocado burger was tasty.
