Dirty place, poor food presentation, poor staff aparience over all bad experience. Dennis is one of my Favorite restaurants and I have visit many in different places but this in los Banos is by far the worst I have visit

They offered us a table next to the bathrooms and we requested a different one and it took like 10min to get other one pointed by the waitress, they didnt let us sit in the empty ones until she picked it. Later it took forever to receive the ordee and it was not complete. Unfortunately there was only 1 waitress and 1 cook in the kitchen

Not the best experience. Ordered food, chicken was over cooked. Waited for syrup for my sons pancakes (that took awhile). I wasn't half way done with my food and needed a refill. I had left my cup on the side for 7 min. Now to remind you this place was empty (only two customers). I had noticed the server was to busy with her pizza party that she was having. She noticed that my cup was empty after I was done eating. Finished my food and paid. Definitely this place needs to have some retraining.
