Not only did they not have my order ready for pick up they tell me they never received it so I showed proof , they made my order only to forget one of my sides and a salad (order came with 2)and gave me the wrong salsas, so unorganized

Went to this new pollo loco, and I was blown away, drive thru was pretty fast, like I no other pollo loco, they double check my order, and make sure i get everything, even ask if a want to try churros, staff is very kind and friendly, general manager was very professional and efficient, amazing job and team

My first time a any Pollo Loco ever. The moment I walked in Dominic greeted me and stopped cleaning a window, ran to the register to help me with place the order. I really liked the guacamole burrito I ordered. My only complain is that this Pollo Loco in Los Banos charges more for the chicken breast than the Pollo Loco in Clovis & Fresno. $4.59 Chicken breast in Clovis CA, compared to $6.29 In Los Banos location. I am not sure why that is but I really like El Pollo Loco because it tastes good and I really liked how friendly the staff here is.
