Imagine being the INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES .... but not having pancakes everyone can enjoy. 🤡 What a horrible business move. Charge more if you must, but bring back the gluten friendly pancakes. you just devastated a lot of kids (and adults). We will never return.

Had a very sweet server but had an issue of an overcharge to my card. The manager at the Springfield, Missouri location on Kansas Expressway is a total A**HOLE. Refused to refund the balance difference and was absolutely rude about it. Sorry but I won't EVER be back!

En mi experiencia, visitando IHOP en Florida, en Georgia y Tennessee, TODOS los que eh ido te separan por zonas de "güeritos" "morenitos" "negritos", uno como visitante note que en todos los IHOP porque me toco ir a otros restaurantes y todos mixes, excepto éste. Se les nota el racismo. Cuando vayan a uno, vean si tienen sus "zonas por color". La comida no es mala pero tampoco es buena, es muy regular para sus precios, hay sabores mejores en otros lugares. asi que NO recomiendo sus restaurantes.

First time trying this place for breakfast. Food and service was ok, but disappointed with the cleaniness and presentation. Was seated a table and it was not clean and prepared like it should. There were food crumbs on table and seat and under table there napkins and crayons and food crumbs. Was going to ask to be seated at different table but they all the same. Doesn't feel like they care about cleaning after customer finish for the next customer. Don't think I would want to return for the same experience. Over priced for what was experienced and served. 3 person breakfast costed $65 and gave tip despite the experience since I am generous person. However, the cleaniness of the eating area presented was unacceptable. This place is pretty new and should be kept clean and tidy. Management needs to take notice on this issue.

Spent $56.00 for dinner , food was not fresh it was warmed in the microwave, mash potatoes tasted like old . Veggies warm on the microwave and the t bone steak very disgusting. I felt nauseas after .

Aug. 6, 2025, 4:00 p.m. Uvalde 1 other table being served, all others empty. The menus were left by the host, 8 minutes later the server approached the table. We ordered a breakfast with bacon and a turkey sandwich. Food arrived, looked good/smelled good. One bite of the bacon had us wondering if it was precooked much earlier. Floppy, tough, chewy. All else on the breakfast plate was good. Turkey sandwich had same floppy, tough, chewy bacon. Minimal turkey in 1-2 inch pieces, very thin. The tomato was 4 1-inch cherry tomatoes, cut in half and one of those was soured. French fries were either reheated from the lunch service or the restaurant needs a better vendor with better quality fries. About 4:20, though our section was empty when we got there and only one other table was seated after we arrived, a different employee chose to sweep that section, including under the tables. We finished eating, then waited and waited and waited for our plates to be removed and our check to be brought, perhaps even a tea refill. After some time, we went to the host stand to ask for our check. Host notified server, who had only one other table. Server brought the check to where we were standing and waiting. I noted the amount and handed the server cash over the amount - two twenties. Server returned with the paper money (change), pulled off one bill and handed me the rest, appearing to intend to keep some of my change for other purpose? tip? donation? I wanted to enjoy my lunch. The sandwich should have been good. Biting into a soured cherry tomato and endlessly chewing limp bacon, picking through the fries to find the least limp and chewy was not a great lunch. The idea was great, but the execution was dreadful.
