There was only 2 people working the entire restaurant we waited for 45 minutes to get our order because drive-thru took precedent over walk in diners, then it took them 3x to fix a only meat, cheese and bun jumbo jack. On a weekday at 1:30 pm.

They didn't listen to my order and I had to go through the drive through again because I didn't get my order. The cold foam coffee was gross a layer of chocolate syrup and no foam. I ordered a regular fry and got half of them, very disappointed.

Jack isn’t want it use to be three years ago and on top of that this location lacks poor service, I once went there and good a munchy box and they basically scraped the last bits of fries, there was also a half bitten chicken nugget the sandwich it’s self basically only had half a cheese and the chicken in it, decided to give it another try and the burrito was basically just tortilla and they ran out of meats so it barely had any…

They had computers to order on and we are disabled and need help. And they did not want to help us. and they made us wait for our food. When that was clearly ready, and when we had ordered a Dr. Pepper. It wasn't till the end, they told us they didn't have Dr. Pepper, but if they would have helped us order we wouldn't have that problem, we wouldn't even order the soda. And we ordered a cup of ice and paid for it and we only got half a cup of ice and they were very rude will not be going there
