They had computers to order on and we are disabled and need help. And they did not want to help us. and they made us wait for our food. When that was clearly ready, and when we had ordered a Dr. Pepper. It wasn't till the end, they told us they didn't have Dr. Pepper, but if they would have helped us order we wouldn't have that problem, we wouldn't even order the soda. And we ordered a cup of ice and paid for it and we only got half a cup of ice and they were very rude will not be going there

On Christmas Eve my wife ordered food via app. We got 3 cheeseburgers, 3 chicken sandwiches, 6 tacos and 3 curly fries. It was a special on the app. When I got home the burgers were burnt and nothing as condiments that my wife ordered. The chicken sandwiches were burnt, dry and no condiments. The tacos were fine and as the curly fries they were okay. It's seems that with the $20 pay the customer suffers. Prices go up and quality is in the toilet. Maybe as a customer we should say away from the fast food businesses. There are other food places that the quality is great and you get what's worth the price you pay.

Shit ass food half assed my whole order didn’t even fold my friends jack wraps my smash burger was wack everything just thrown in there not like it’s supposed to be they just didn’t care at all and this is 3 weekends of waiting and giving them a chance

Walked in here, bought two tacos and a medium curly fry. Got in my car and looked at the curly fries and immediately went back in the restaurant and showed them to the little girl worker and ended up having to buy another small order of curly fries. The container on the left in the picture was the medium order that was in my bag, and the one on the left was the small order that I received after I walked in and had to pay for them. 🤔 SMH

I bought a spicy jack and my steak was too burnt and tasted like a lot of oil, I really like going to this place both eating there and taking away but on this occasion my food was bad, I called to tell them what happened and they said they would return my call and they have It's been a week and nothing 👎
