Did a mobile order, stated wait time would be approximately 20 mins for the mobile order, arrived at the restaurant and staff stated there was no chicken available and it would be an addition 20 min wait. The additional wait time is of course an inconvenience, but what made the experience a bad one was the rudeness of the staff when letting us know of the additional wait time. Seemed like the inconvenience was for them rather than for us, who was left waiting 45mins for an order that was placed ahead. Mobile order ahead at this establishment is a joke.

They almost always get my order right! If there is an issue they make it right! They are super friendly and sweet! The restaurant inside is clean! Supper happy with this KFC!

I ordered my food online. I checked in and was told that it would be a few minutes. I stood there for over 10 minutes, watching multiple people ordering and getting their order. I watched another online order come in and get his order. Suddenly, a light in the lady at the registers head looked at me and looked at the 2 bags that have been sitting there. The WHOLE TIME THAT I WAS THERE! Picked them up, did not add anything to them and called my name, and gave me cold food. It is absolutely unacceptable.

Should really update their hours to closing at 9:00. Constantly out of chicken by 8:50 every single day. There's no point in being open if your star product is out. Just close early instead of misleading us all.

kfc is pretty good but i wish they put the mobile orders on the shelf instead of having to ask a worker for your order. the vibes are off inside after they took out that jukebox i miss it... also the chicken littles are so good but wish they weren't so expensive considering they're so small.
