To KFC Los Banos location…. I visited your KFC location today with my boyfriend, and we were disappointed with the experience. We were initially looking to order the 3-piece meal for $16 and considered adding an extra side, but we were shocked to see that an additional side was $5—making our total around $21. We then noticed the $25 family meal, which included 10 pieces of chicken, 2 large sides, and 5 biscuits, and it seemed like a much better value. However, when we went to place the order, we were told that there wasn’t enough chicken for that meal and we’d have to wait 30–40 minutes. It was really frustrating that a prominently advertised meal wasn’t available during normal business hours, especially considering how much more we were being asked to spend for less food. We hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer experience in the future

HORRIBLE DISGUSTING WE DROVE 25 MILES TO GET TAKE OUT WE WERE CRAVING KFC IT WAS DISGUSTING CHICKEN WAS SPOILED THERE WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC IN MY COLESLAW THAT SAID MADE IN HONG KONG NOW I KNOW WHY THE ONLY LADY THAT WAS THERE LEFT & SLAMMED HER CAR DOOR.

The 4.99 deal 2 pc was dissatisfied. They consisted of 2 very small drums. If it were a drum and a thigh I would be a happy camper.This inflation is so too much.

The original chicken recipe is amazing, but tiny portions of everything. I ordered an extra large Mac and cheese and they gave me a bowl filled 1/3 of the way when i asked where the rest was they explained that was the portion?????
