Service was terrible. We ordered breakfast, and it was awful. The breakfast burritos are terrible 😫 so much cheese and American cheese at that AWFUL! We were traveling so we asked for a small cup of water and the girl in front was cold and rude, put the water on the counter and didn't let me know it was mine I stood there for 10 minutes not k owing she served me. Who does that. When I asked if it was mine, she rolled her eyes YES and walked way. It was the worst service I've ever had. I will put this on Yelp. And will never be back to your store. You scored a big 0 zero.

I was not able purchase food die the new computerized ordering board. After 10 mins, The board would never go to the screen to purchase. I called a person behind the counter for help. After waiting 5 more mins, no one came out to help. It seemed all of the workers were concentrated on the drive through. I cleared my order and left. Many people were trying to put in their orders or sitting down at a table waiting for a employee. No one ever came out. Poor service!

Placed my order in drive thru for myself and my dogs which consisted of big mac meal, 2 plain hamburgers, 10 piece chicken mcnuggets. When I got home the big mac was so sloppily put together and the fries was no bigger than 1/2" long, will no longer be going to this facility, will either be going to Wendy's or Burger King.

This Mc Donald’s restaurant has the greatest restaurant in Los banos California they have great service in this restaurant is really clean the kiosk helps out a lot if you don’t know what to order the employees are very nice and respectful always when I come here the general manger in the store is very friendly and respectful very nice the restrooms are very cleaned and sanitary I really recommend this restaurant.

It's ok but the ice cream machine was down which was a bummer but I got a mcchicken and fries+ free cold water for 5$ bucks. (I sneaked some soda for water)Lol
