Like many pizza parlors the atmosphere was dark. There were 2 workers who were pleasant however, their own conversations impeded the customer service. I was there for a small gathering of under 10. Besides us there was only one other table with 3 or 4 people. So it was not a busy spot on a Sunday at 1:00. The food was ok and we could visit without any problems.

This place used to be great. A couple weeks ago I stopped by but I ordered 30 minutes before I arrived. After sitting for over an hour they forgot about us and finally gave us our dinner in pizza 1.5+ hours later. Today 5/10/25 we ordered delivery to my families house ahead of time. The order took a significantly long time and when they delivered it they delivered the wrong pizza. After a long time on the phone to get the pizza I ordered they said they would deliver another pizza. I had to wait while others started eating because my pizza didn't come. They wanted me to save the wrong pizza as a potential punishment for me reporting to them they sent me the wrong pizza. Now I'm waiting another 1+ hours for my correct pizza then and I have to hand them back the wrong pizza they sent me because they were upset at us for their mistake. They didn't really apologize or offer a discount or a free item. Despicable.... Go to Pizza plus or elsewhere. Especially if you're an out of towner like me! Manager was not available but the person in charge Fatima was available to speak to. 5/10/25.

Don't go here if you are hungry. Over an hour wait time The place was not even at 1/4 capacity. I asked for my money back since not even half of my order was ready, $100 worth of consumption. Just pathetic. Poor management.
