I reached out 2 weeks ago and never got a response so as far as customer service goes 0 stars can’t rate the actual cake since I wasn’t even able to place an order. Bummer.

I tried to order a cake for my son’s first birthday and the business owner had no customer service, very unprofessional and rude. Asking me to text her because she is at work. I’m like duh that’s why I’m calling to put in a cake order, I said to myself. So I respond very politely with my interests and questions about the cake I’m thinking of ordering and no response. I guess she is not interested in my business, that’s fine. I guess I have to do it myself because none of the other bakeries speak English in the area.
